However I went a week ago with a prescription to treat my arm and they said they would call me for an appointment. A week later nothing. They said they were busy well, if you're too busy to take me at least let me know instead letting me suffer with the pain in my arm and keeping my prescription for a week and I have to go and just come in and retrieve it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! So I came home today called up another place and they were willing to give me an appointment tomorrow, and two more next week. Plus, the receptionist they have today needs an attitude adjustment.

Once you become a patient making appointments is not difficult and rescheduling appointment is a breeze. Dr. Stecker is a very compassionate doctor. He listens to what I have to say when I explain my issues, and addresses each and every one of them. I like that they have their own x-ray machine and technician on hand. I can get an x-ray and have the results right then and there in less then 10 minutes. This is very helpful when your not exactly sure what the problem is. It really helps to rule out, or diagnose a problem. I'm getting shots in my knees for severe pain from an auto accident, and I feel Dr. Stecker uses the best medication out there to help with my problems. I am grateful that this practice treats you like a human being. He asked me how my pain is and if I need medication. So many doctors don't even care and your just a number. I've never felt that at this practice. When I had surgery, everything was carefully arranged and explained to me in detail. My follow up visits went smoothly and the course of treatment was known. There are several doctors in this practice and they all specialize in different things. I highly recommend Dr. Stecker and this practice.

Then I started going to Budd Lake. The staff there are great. Making appts is so easy and accommodating. I am on my fifth week there. I go three times a week. The place is small and just right. There is everything there to make your recovery go well. The staff really work with you. It is nice because it is a small physical therapy center so there is not a lot of patients there at s time. The staff is supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend the place for Outpt therapy. Thank you for encouraging me snd helping me get well and stronger!! There is plenty of parking and easy access to the building. Dr. Rosenzweig specializes in knee surgery. I saw Dr. Rosenzweig for a torn meniscus after being involved in a car accident as a passenger. I called and made an appointment and spoke with their auto claims department. This made it very easy when going through my insurance company and adjuster to get all the necessary paperwork done. I started out first by doing physical therapy. After weeks of no relief from pain I had an MRI. Dr. Rosenzweig is very through and took the time to explain everything that was wrong, and based on my MRI results decided I needed knee surgery. During my appointments I never felt like I was a number or rushed. Dr. Rosenzweig was very patient and gentle and for an orthopedic doctor was pretty much on time. I had my surgery and everything went as planned. I was given instructions and pain meds so I wouldn't suffer. My follow up was just as pleasant and I didn't feel the stitches come out. Dr. Rosenzweig explained and showed me photos of the step by step surgery he preformed on my knee. I will be starting physical therapy and then see him again afterwards. I worked diligently to get everything Anderson Kelly needed before my deadline to fly to Tampa and embark my vessel. Due to the lack of their communication, delays and instructions; my flight was canceled and I was not able to embark the vessel I've been dreaming of joining. I am distraught by their lack of professionalism and consideration for my time. I was told by them that I had plenty of time to get documents completed. At the last minute, I was asked to get documents/exams that take up to 5 to 7 business days - 2 days before my flight! And then the review process takes another 5 to 7 business days. This is completely unacceptable and inconsiderate of my deadline. I understand the health certificate requirements but I should have gotten clearance by my deadline. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. Whatever documents my primary physician signed and submitted from Kaiser Permanente were rejected. Anderson-Kelly did not want Kaiser's documents; they requested for documents to be signed on their own letter head. Also, a simple note that wasn't added was another reason why documents were rejected. Even though my doctor clearly explains the current status of the past medication I was taking in 2021 - no follow up needed, resolved. Kaiser does not sign other documents aside from their own documents that are under Kaiser policy. My doctor at Kaiser was kind enough to sign Anderson-Kelly's documents as a favor to me because I've been a patient for years. It took days to go back and forth! What was the purpose of getting a physical through Anderson-Kelly if they are asking Kaiser to submit paperwork? This all should have been done/cleared at the time of my physical at Concentra clinic. That doctor at Concentra cleared my medication history as well. His notes were "resolved". I moved out my apartment and have resigned from my job 2 weeks ago. I planned everything around my life to meet the deadline. Now I am bouncing from AirBNB and have no job. Everything was going according to plan until this halt that was created by Anderson-Kelly. Employees only email and not want talk to you over the phone. I am a person that follows through and accomplishes. I prepared for this opportunity to be part of a renowned company. There is pattern here that needs to be acknowledged by the Royal Caribbean PEME group/upper management.
