He was friendly, attentive, and clearly leads his team with care. You can tell when a manager sets the tone because the entire staff was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every employee I interacted with had a great attitude and was eager to help. It's refreshing to shop somewhere where customer service still matters.
