We were in the market for a new mattress, and the reviews for Mattress Specialist sounded good, so we decided they would be our first stop. It turned out we didn't need to shop any further. Jim was the salesperson on duty. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various mattresses they have in stock. We tried several and made our decision. The owner, Mike, arrived while we were completing our purchase. Also a very nice guy. The only downside was that our mattress was not in stock, so we have to wait a couple of weeks before the (free) delivery. I will update my review once the delivery is complete. I was dreading shopping for a new Mattress. I decided to shop in my neighborhood. I was pleased as I entered a very clean and tidy store. When I rolled in (in a wheelchair), I was greeted by Johnny in his mask. I told him what I was looking for and he new exactly what I wanted but we figured out it wasn't going to work. Off I went. 5 minutes later in the parking lot decided to purchase a queen Mlily Fusion Ortho mattress. They said it would be delivered same day at 4pm and the old one picked up and taken away. The delivery was on time and smooth. Very efficient; in and out. I never felt pressured with the sale. I felt like I was buying from a good friend. I don't want to overpromise for them but they were helpful, flexible and did their best to accommodate my urgent need.
