Very unprofessional. I would think they would have mounted many TVS as this is something they state they do and should be able to give me a quote without having to go to best buy.

Yep I got to sit down with the staff from Audio Labs and play some music through multiple sets of receivers, speakers, turntables to find what truly might be the best sounding hi-fi set up for my money.. Mind you I had about 9 times less then I wanted to spend as you read above but I got a really nice new set up for playing music, that fit my budget and that's what I was shooting for! One thing I will say is I requested to wall sconces and a fan and I even asked electrician to pick up all the materials. They went above and beyond they did the whole project. The women who works as the office manager was immediately defensive and condescending as I tried to to explain my frustration over (In my opinion) an inflated bill. She threw questions at me that didn't make sense, talking down to me by saying things like ... well, are you an electrician, how do you know what he (the technician) did or didn't do, insisting I didn't know what I was talking about. Frustrated, I asked to talk to the owner of the company, and as quick as I asked, she immediately replied with, "I AM THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY!" A quick google search proved that wrong, so now she lied. I have never in my life wrote a negative review about any company but I will tell you, I could not in good conscience recommend this company nor will I ever use them again. Customer service was excellent at the sales level - at least until they get your money - after that, they could care less. They definitely don't take pride in their work, are slow to deliver, and under-deliver compared to their inflated guarantees (not promises). They say they stand by their work and offer a lifetime guarantee on their work - the thing is they don't - first service call we had took a month and half to schedule then two guys showed up, spend five minutes in the house - said they didn't see a problem and left. I got a bill for an hour service call a week or so later in the mail. This is one of the exceptions to the rule "You get what you pay for." With Technology by Design you'll pay an arm and leg for next to nothing to show for the end result. Stay away and use one of the other local stores for your home automation, security, networking, and/or audio/video needs.

My not at all practical pipe dream of having a hot tub to bask in all began with a hot tub. Once it was secured and... we realized we actually could not just plug it in to the existing electrical outlet. (How naive of me to assume it was that easy?!) It took a hot minute to find an electrician. But once we found Price Electric they made it happen. They were responsive. They were quick acting. They got the parts and installed the electrical panel the day we had hoped. They even accidentally didn't have a part (doh) and STILL made it happen within 24 hours. Both securing the part and sending an employee out the following day. AGAIN, making my not at all practical but oh so worth it hot tub dreams a reality.
