I was going to the Joint for relief for the past few years as the pains were more of a nuisance than a major concern, until it wasn't. I developed a problem in the sacrum that left me unable to move around as easily and fulfill my tasks for those who depend on me the most. The Joint visits provided temporary relief, of which I was thankful, but I had gotten to the point where I wouldn't be able to care for the parents if it persisted. I booked an appointment with Tyler Flores, of whom I had known about for years in my neighborhood. They got me in on Memorial Day, and I have since had a follow up a week later. Dr. Flores put me through a battery of physical tests to ascertain the exact issue and made adjustments. I went home feeling hopeful. I started exerting myself in physical tasks the next day and for lack of a better word, I'll use "confidence". I had confidence that I wasn't going to slip right back into discomfort and unrelenting pain to bend and move around. I went back for the follow up and was adjusted again and received exercises to strengthen my core muscles, most especially my glutes. The confidence to carry out my day to day tasks has not diminished in weeks.
