I'm 10 yrs younger than the patient and I don't use ZOOM. Most elderly don't use their phones as a computer. And most don't have a computer. My own doc simply calls me on the phone when I need a consult. Why this practice could not do the same is borderline criminal. When Republicans give companies immunity from prosecution if they cause a person to contract COVID more idiot practices like this will demand old folk run the gauntlet. A disgrace. Think twice about doing business with docs who do not have the patient's best interests at heart. The only way we can stop the spread and deaths from this virus is by shaming those who do not take this seriously.

Dr. Albritton communicates clearly and is open to all questions and concerns. She is board certified in family medicine and sees patients of all ages. Dr. Albritton focuses on general medicine, women's health and medical management for weight loss. She has seen my parents through cancer, numerous elderly issues and now dementia. The office staff is friendly and very helpful when I call with questions or concerns. She has been a blessing in our lives.

It was not lunchtime. The call went straight to voicemail. I called again several times, waiting several minutes between each call, and the same thing happened. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the doctor and had to go to Urgent Care. I had actually wanted to make Dr. Albritton my PCP from a while back, due to the positive reviews of the doctor herself. I was in the process of officially making her my PCP with my insurance when this happened. How incompetent can this staff be? No matter how superb of a provider Dr. Tiffany Albritton is, she is destroyed by the sheer nonexistence of her staff. If they do exist, they should be replaced with staff members who actually pick up the phone during business hours. If they don't exist at a certain point, fine. But for them to be absent for the whole duration of the period I incessantly called? I don't understand why any doctor would want to surround herself by staff that do nothing but bring her and her image down and create an aura of frustration and disappointment among her patients.

I called them immediately and replaced my HSA flexible spending account with a credit card, all before the Final Notice letter was due. Even though I paid, I received a letter from a debt collector, Revco Solutions. I promptly sent the full payment to the debt collector. I hope my credit history will not be impacted. Her up to date knowledge of so many areas of health is astounding. Has anyone ever heard of migraines in your eyes that are not painful. The facility is pleasant, however; there are a few things that they can improve upon. While waiting a short time at the urgent care facility (09/16/2016), I witness a wonderful act of compassion. There was a young couple that came in with their infant child who needed immediate attention. I don't know what the issue was with the child. The receptionist looked at the child and went to get Dr. Peter Kwan. He came to look the baby over and left quickly to do something. The receptionist then asked the couple for their insurance, and the mother gave her the insurance card. The receptionist said "Oh I'm sorry, we don't take Amerigroup". The couple looked disappointed and frightened but turned to leave. As they were heading towards the door, Dr. Peter Kwan came running towards the desk yelling "I'll do it, I'll do it, bring the baby over here!". I literally teared up. He cared for the baby, gave them instructions, and the couple left with the child. It was so amazing. I was getting ready to leave after seeing the interaction with the receptionist, but Dr. Kwan made me stay with his actions. Next Level Urgent Care, you should be thankful that you have such a loving and compassionate doctor that works there. We need more like him.

This was my first time coming to this branch as a patient myself. I have been here on other…read moreoccasions for mother's appointments. I arrived 45 minutes early yet I was not seen until 15 minutes after my appointment. While the waiting room is very spacious and clean, I do not see a reason for such a long wait as the office was not very crowded with patients. I was attended to by a nurse who was very nice and skilled with using their very old and outdated equipment. While it was impressive that she was able to use that kind of equipment, the measurements were not the most accurate. There must be some disorganization because some of my measurements were recorded inaccurately in the report at the end of my visit. I saw Dr. Ana Corteguera, who my parents also usually see. As a first time patient, I expected her to spend some time hearing my medical history but she rushed me through the entire visit. I felt as though she did not really care about my problems and just wanted to get me in and out of there was fast as possible. In fact, I even forgot to talk about something I had been meaning to ask a doctor because of that. Furthermore, instead of discussing treatment and testing options with me, she just chose the one that was the most convenient for her, which of course, happened to be the most expensive costing one for me. All in all, I think that this office can certainly improve its efficiency and if you had to visit this branch, I would recommend seeing someone else besides Dr. Corteguera.

Dr. Kodali is a young women with a personable beside manner who takes the time to listen to her patients. She treats the issue at hand while caring for the entire body. When an urgent issue arising the office is excellent working patients in for an appointment. The office staff is exceptional, kind, polite and professional. My Mother has been a patient here for years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
