It's been a few years since my last visit, but the headaches, shoulder stiffness, and all the little aches finally convinced me it was time to come back. My body was definitely telling me it needed an adjustment! Before my appointment, I called because I had a few questions, and Belle was the one who answered. She was so patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. That kind of customer service really makes a difference, especially when you're coming back after a long time. I was treated by Dr. Jai, and I had a great experience with my adjustment. She listened to my concerns, explained what she was doing, and I felt much better afterward. You can tell she's experienced and knows exactly what she's doing. If I could suggest one small thing, it would be for Dr. Jai to smile a little more. A warm smile can help patients feel even more relaxed, especially when they're coming in with pain or feeling a little anxious. Other than that, I was very happy with the care I received. Overall, I'm really glad I decided to come back. It was exactly what my body needed, and I'll definitely be back for my follow-up visits. Thank you, Belle and Dr. Jai, for making my return such a positive experience! read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in to see my preferred chiropractor, and you simply can't beat the price. Sometimes they even have specials or package deals. Highly recommended! read more

In response to their reply: Again, I expressly asked and was told that I could share the sessions. I was also advised that a note would be added to my account confirming this transferability. While I understand what the policy states, I moved forward with the purchase based on the information I was given. There's no way I would make this decision without confirmation. I will also take ownership here: I had a poor adjustment experience at the Cypress location back in 2016 that left me in severe pain, and unfortunately, I encountered the same issue after my second appointment at your location. I should have trusted my prior experience and avoided this company altogether, but I chose to give you all a second chance under the belief that one location's performance does not reflect the whole organization. There will not be a third. ------------------------------------------------ I purchased a 10-pack in January 2024, from Dr. Williams at this location, after being assured I could share the sessions with family members. I made this intention clear at the time of purchase, and Dr. Williams confirmed it was allowed. Now, on September 30, 2025, when a family member urgently needed to use one of the sessions, I was told they are not transferable. Adding insult to injury, I am unable to use them myself due to medical reasons. That means I'm out hundreds of dollars for services I can't use and was misled about sharing. This feels like a bait-and-switch--misrepresentation at best, dishonest at worst. If transparency and customer care matter to you, look elsewhere. read more

Always a good experience. What I like most about the Joint is I can go to any clinic which works out great for my work serving the greater Houston area. Dr. Linder is very good at chiropractic care. I would defiantly recommend her to any body seeking relief from pain. Always greeted friendly by front office staff. read more

Tried to give this place a shot, had some tightness in my neck and back and cost didn't seem bad to try for the first time. After trying to fill out an incredibly arduous questionnaire 4 times on a tablet that kept failing over and over I finally walked out. The lady at the front desk was nice enough but the bad equipment lost the opportunity. read more

Received an offer for a free consult and upon arriving was told "oh that offer ended last month". I had made my appointment while the offer was still in effect and at no time during the appointment booking was I told that the offer applied only if the appointment was completed up till a certain time. Emily, the lady at the front desk, changed my original appointment a few hours before my session to the following day. Horrible experience for someone looking to see if a chiropractor session would meet their needs. Would not recommend just based on the unprofessional manner in which I was treated! Seems like the classic click bait to get someone in the door and then pressure them into paying for a session. read more

Ok so my absolute favorite Dr moved here so you know I had to swing by and get an adjustment when I was in the area. First off, wow the clinic is newer than my other locations. I love that everything is brighter rather than the darker somber vibe. The front desk staff is sweet and attentive. But on to my favorite part the table! (or would we consider these beds?) I know, I know out off all things my fav is the table butttt you are talking to the girl obsessed and reviewed the bathroom wallpaper at Mastrantos sooo.... (its the small things) these are also newer vs the brown ones these are more squishy and comfy. I love this place it's just giving me chic modern vibes and I'll loving it because I'm all about the vibes! I definitely recommend stopping by to see Dr. Ajay he's the best and my favorite part he's always consistent with the great adjustments and is always smiling! read more

Dr Jung Dr Jung Dr Jung.....5 SOLID STARS. He use to work at the San Felipe location and unfortunately moved. Had to drive close to 25 miles to come see him. Worth the drive. Visited another doc at the original location at San Felipe and he messed up so bad. Dr Jung instantly corrected the problem. This guy is a miracle doctor. I will forever follow Dr Jung wherever he goes. read more

The Joint Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Rosenberg, Texas

I was treated by Dr. AJay for my knee and upper back pain. Dr. AJay took the time to really listen to all of my concerns. Started off with light muscular stretches in order to activate the impacted areas and also adjusted me after the stretching. He also went above and beyond by making sure no other areas in my bodies were left not examined. Dr. AJay is very thorough, meticulous, and displays excellent bed side manners. I HIGHLY recommend his services for anyone suffering from muscular or joint pain. I also appreciated his follow through the next day with me to check in on the treated areas. I was happy to report that I noticed a dramatic improvement in my ailments and I am following his treatment plan. Thank you again. read more

Just a quick shout out to my Rosenberg joint location. I have dealt with nerve and muscle pain most of my life. Ive seen many Doctors to help and treat. Dr. Henson and Dr. Jung are amazing!! No your pain isn't going to get resolved with just adjustments and multiple visits but it sure is a great treatment to add to your others like "meds, massages, cupping, acupuncture and a healthy lifestyle" to relieve a lot of the pain. read more

Mrs. Serap was so kind and so professional. Dr. Henson took good care of me. I came in feeling down with a lot of back pain and he snapped me back into place. Definitely returning. This location was very welcoming. No wait. read more

The Joint Chiropractic - The joint. - Chiropractors Near Me - Rosenberg, Texas

Visited for the first time today and was treated with the upmost care. The receptionist were helpful and kind. Dr Peete was super nice and really explained everything perfectly. He said I'd feel like 1 million bucks and I sure do! Cannot wait for my future visits. read more

Bribing customers for fake Google reviews! Pathetic. That is not the only thing deceptive about this establishment. They will trick you into paying for things in advance that you don't need. Hand you a bunch of papers to sign (with fine prints so small that even ants can't read) so that when you dispute with your credit card company, they have all the "evidence" to back their claim. DO NOT COME HERE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! read more

Dr. Evans is amazing! He's been working with me for a little while on my sciatic pain and it has improved so much. Even when it start bothering me again he knows just how to help. read more

Once again customer service is worthless at this site. Requested copies of my records. Was told a day or two. Came back at 2 1/2 days. Then I was told the owner usually does those. It will be at Least two more weeks. She is on vacation. WTF...... read more

AJ is fabulous. I couldn't stand up comfortably from sitting when I walked in and when I left, the pain had disappeared! Good chiropractors are amazing and he is one! read more

Dr. Evans is great! Quick adjustment, but exactly what I needed. Definitely will use my monthly membership more often.

0 stars. Very dissatisfied with The Joint at Rosenberg, TX. Did submit the online offer for new patient, got a follow up call short after which I did explain the situation and asked all the questions at the time. Long story short, after 1 hour waiting for the Chiropractor, Joel Ramirez, he refused to help my husband because he didn't want to risk loosing his license, nor he did the exam, NOTHING he just wanted to chat. ???? For real, you tell your customers you can't help because you don't have X-rays and you FEAR loosing your license? Maybe wrong profession or advertising? No need to reply, this is just for the convenience of others so they don't waste their time. Thank you for wasting our time. read more

I was very impressed when I walked in at how modern and impressive the clinic looked compared to other ones I've been to. Dr Nguyen treated me and and was very professional and I felt like he sincerely cared about getting me better. He is energetic and has a optimistic outlook on people living healthy lifestyles. He went the extra mile to sit down and explain the pathophysiological process of my pain which made me understand how to prevent further injuries in the future. I would recommend people to see him when they go there read more

Very happy with the services and customer service I have received from The Joint in Rosenberg. The Dr's are always very nice and ask a lot of questions to help identify issues. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful during each visit. Each time I visit with pain or tightness in my neck I leave feeling relieved. The Dr.'s have helped me notice and correct my posture on a day to day basis which will help me in the long term. read more

The people in this clinic are so attentive to customers and very efficient and quick for walk-ins. I was seen by Dr. Henson, he listened to all of my health concerns, then educated me about this method of pain relief, and followed up after my session. Will definitely come back for maintenance. read more

Dr. Evans was awesome! Adjusted me quickly and was very nice, he talked me through the session, I would definitely go back

I have loved every moment since this location opened. The owner Serap is always so sweet. Up until recently I would ONLY see Dr. Jung but now they have Dr. Hensen so I'm able to go any day of the week now. read more

I love this location and the west lake Austin location. Dr. Ajay is very attentive in assessing and working out the kinks and imbalances in my body. I can always breathe a little better and sleep better the night I get adjusted. If your debating making the drive just do it Ajay and all the other Drs there have been great to my back and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby afterwards. read more

Amazing company! When you first arrive they are very attentive and friendly. They talk you through you're paperwork and not much longer after that you get your first consultation. They don't waste any time and get to popping. I'm on day two but already can feel so much of a difference. I've already started recommending everyone I know to go to The Joint! Love this place! read more

I've been coming to the Joint since right after they opened here. Great hours and caring professional providers and staff

This location is newer and closer to my home. I've been visiting the joint since approx 2016 and love the convenience and flexibility it offers. Dr Jung and Dr Dana are great but the wait times for this location are just too long, any time, any day.. I've never waited more than 20-30 minutes to be adjusted and that's because I ask for a specific doctor, but here first come first served wait time is 45mins to 1 hour. I will continue to visit my original location due to wait time and lack of convenience at this location. read more

I've been a The Joint Chiropractic member before, but quit it bc the doctor at my closest clinic was terrible. However, I have since moved, so this clinic is now the closest. I'm currently pregnant, which has aggravated my lower back and hips more than normal, and my OB doctor suggested routine chiropractic care. I decided to try this new Rosenberg location due to the affordability of the franchise, and I'm glad I did. I explained all of my problem areas to the staff and Dr. Jung, and I really felt like I was heard. Dr. Jung was incredibly compassionate and super informative. He explained to me what problems I'm having and why I experience the pain that I do. He also took a little bit of time to get to know me, and what I do so that he had a fuller picture of how I use my body and explain what could help or worsen my problem areas. Allen (I think was his name) at the front desk was also super helpful - he explained all of the options available to me before I decided to enroll in their monthly package. I cant wait to continue my care with them! read more

I like the Dr's.. BUT THE OFFICE IS POORLY MANAGED AND UNPREDICTABLE EXPERIENCE.. Typically, I overlook poor administration if the service I receive is of quality.. today, for the 3rd time the 'first come first serve' process seemed to skip around.. they started serving people who were NOT in the location when i arrived and who seemed to have a 'personal relationship' with the girls at the front desk.. when i asked to speak to the manager or owner, i was told i could only get an email as 'they do not take or make calls'.. clearly, they have no interest in customer service, customer retention or customer experience.. I do not know if this is typical of all THE JOINT or if it is only this location.. read more

Dr. Justin Henson has helped me make quick progress towards healing and reducing my neck, back and shoulder pain! Two weeks ago I couldn't even rotate or lift my left arm without feeling or causing myself a sharp shooting pain that rendered my arm almost useless. Very professional and diligent in assessing my condition through imaging and therapy. I am so glad to have made the decision to go to the Joint, and having it so close to my home is so convenient. Thanks Dr. Henson! read more
