The same evening, I received a written estimate with a price we thought reasonable, with very detailed instructions on how the job would be done. When scheduled, the foreman, Adrian Z, walked around the house with us to be sure he knew everything we wanted painted. The painters, Abraham and David, came as scheduled and power-washed all surfaces so clean they didn't look like they needed painting. We discussed the project and he came up with a reasonable price and got to work. They did a bit of everything, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall, etc. Jose is also refreshingly collaborative. They did a great job and Jose stands behind their work. If I find anything that isn't quite right or got missed, he said he'll come take care of it (100% confidence in this). When my next round of improvements start, Jose will be the first contractor I reach out to. Highly recommended.
