While I have met 2 wonderful cats of whom I adopted at this establishment Catista (Callie) and Copycat (Bashful), I cannot excuse the way management operates this establishment. At one point I came here to adopt a cat by the name of Chocolate Fudge. To make a long story short, this cat was not having good synergy with my household and showed no signs of getting more comfortable. Since I don't have a car, I paid $100 for a round trip. This trip was to A. Return Chocolate Fudge so she can find a better home than me since it's the responsible thing to do, and B. Find a new cat to adopt. They refused to serve me for the adoption on that trip based on their personal views of "Oh it's too soon to adopt another one". Isn't the point of adoption is to give these animals a good home so long as the adopter is a good person? Not waste adopter's time with your personal views? Months later, got a call from this establishment asking me to relinquish my registration on Chocolate Fudges microchip. I said "Seriously? You waited for months to ask me for this? Not on the spot? It's kinda not my issue now" but eventually consented to it. Eventually after getting a ride from a buddy, I came to adopt another cat for me an my husband to enjoy. APARENTLY they wanted to be all passive aggressive with me about my first review and waste my time for AN HOUR while forcing me to swallow my pride and apologize. AND leading me to delete my original review for this place. All so they can tell me same visit adoptions are no longer a thing management allows and for me and my husband to go home empty hand despite having a history as a wonderful pet owner. Talk about petty. Now this update review is your karma in spades. I eventually sent my friend as a decoy to adopt Kirby (Thor) FOR ME in which the papers and cat can be legally handed over to me to bypass the bull crap. This place tried to prevent me from adopt this cat but Joe Felix Rosenburg ain't stupid. I'm not coming back here. I may have adopted some winners from here before, but even good businesses will be ruined by terrible management. I will be finding a new place to adopt future pets because I do not support adoption clinics that puts their morals and values above what is right for the animals. And I'm especially upset that I had to swallow my pride, and apologize just to STILL be sent home without a cat. As a Level 8 Local Guide, I'm giving this place a 1/5 Stars.

The office manager is rude and I had to beg to talk to a Vet when I picked up my dog from surgery. As you can see from the photos below... they were letting her destroy the wound site. It was red hot and infected! As she sat there and I watched her lick it, I asked the tech for a cone...all the animals I have ever had in surgeries were given one ...they said they had them but could not provide one! They said go to Pet Smart. Seriously? They never told me before and could have let me borrow one until I had time to get to Pet Smart... I even explained that I had to work that day.... I told them I would never be back. After reflecting I realize that this is a bad Vet Clinic- receptionists are overworked and not friendly at all. The office manager treated me terribly and worse than that they treated My dog like they were ashamed of her because she is not purebred I guess. I will never go back there and I told them so. Then they had the audacity to say they fired me as a client! Good riddance. I talked to some other folks that said this Clinic has declined in the last year or two and they are also leaving.

Wolfsbane K9 - Our son working commands.

So I will attempt to keep this review updated occasionally for everyone's benefit…read more So we went to look at / possibly pick up a puppy. Unfortunately our willpower is weak and we left with two dogs. The drive home was rough because it's 13 hours but the dogs did great we however were exhausted. We held off introducing our current senior dog and kids until the following day to allow them to settle into their new home. The following day we did a walk in the field with all three dogs they did great. Kids got home from school and fell in love recieved a ton of kisses and love and cuddles. These dogs are falling in love with our little ones hard. Our biggest problem so far is I can't keep our daughter from kidnapping the puppy to play house. They both respond well with commands even the puppy. Yesterday I leashed the older pup and handed him off to my 8 yo. He was slightly confused because he can't pronounce the commands in Dutch well (we are working on that). However he walked great on the lead for him even trying to respond to mispronounced commands the confused looks were hilarious. They are truly loving their new life. They are so far amazing animals super curious and playful. Temperament is kind of strange for the breed. Almost unreasonably calm and playful if you sit on the ground they will crawl right up on you for cuddles and love eventually they just fall asleep in your lap and we love it. So far the only complaint is they confuse their toys with my daughters occasionally but drop them as soon as they are told and redirected to their own chewies obviously my daughter has a million stuffed animals, so it's going to be a process one we are doing wonderful with. As for the location it's beautiful. Kennels are clean and kind of a cool set up a little jealous honestly. Dogs are well kept and overly nice. I stuck my hand in all but two kennels and the dogs enjoyed the attention. The only two we couldn't pet, we were told not to because of their training. Not being able to pet two out of all the dogs they had was crazy. You can't pet most of the military dogs I've worked in conjunction with it's too much of a risk. My dream was absolutely realized when I got to sit with a ton of puppies in one big area and let them just crawl everywhere and kiss and cuddle. Literally could make a business just out of cuddling puppies. There is no photography or video on site for obvious reasons so I don't have any pics but it's awesome. As far as complaints about putting down a deposit before you can go it's obvious, they don't run a petting zoo. Michael and the trainer dropped everything they were doing and we had their full attention for over 3 hours. This is a business and it makes total sense to do that. We spoke in great depth about our household and our dog we wanted. So far we got everything we asked for.

***SCAM BUYERS BEWARE*** ***PRICE EXPLOITAION***…read more I'm sorry to break the news to anybody who purchased a puppy from Wolfsbane k9 but in the case of the litter negotiated from the Holland breeders post on may 7th 2019......Rudie BRN 31253 is not the father. Below is the picture advertising the father of the litter. The dog pictured is crespo BRN 27132. This picture was sent to me directly from his holland kennels' breeder. You see but it gets worse....I am a military service member currently serving overseas near holland and I found Wolfsbane K9 from a google search, as you all know the website was was great and most of the reviews have nothing but good things to say. Well, I contacted wolfsbane and got in contact with Michael and he set me up with his holland breeder. He even told me I was gonna save a lot of money. It all seemed well until I took my dog to one of my military connections who gave me the scoop. I have never felt so taken advantage of... I paid around $2200 for my pup..... a steal right? Well it was ....for wolfsbane K9 and Michael. My buddy told me that the dog I bought wasn't worth more than about €600 and that would be a fair price. I couldn't believe it. So I called around, asked some of the local dog kennels what was a fair price and what they sell them for it was all about the same. One dog trainer had a pup that came from same father as my pup again only paid around €600 I see such great reviews and had such high hopes. I learned the hard way, hopefully people will read this review and not make the same mistakes. I can see why he can afford to give away so many pups to military and veterans. I paid for 3 dogs and only got one. ***Just to be clear we aren't talking about a dog that is trained, this was a 8 week old pup*** ***Also breeder told me this was his first time breeding puppies, so much for quality. And mother of the litter had no BRN number so all the advertising about both mother and father knpv, at least in this case was wrong. ***In all of the the rebuttals to the upset customers, notice this..... there is never any wrong doing or mistake on the part of wolfsbane what does that say, no effort to make it right, just an attempt to discredit the upset customer other businesses don't act this way, I would even challenge you to look for a simple apology, Not one "We're sorry"
