I am delighted with the job they did. I was impressed by the way they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. Also, some people try to get as much as they can from you. We needed a brick paver walkway and plantings along the new walkway, in front and along one side of our home. Nathan was great to work with. He recommended which plants would work best for us based on amount of shade and sun. He told us in detail what he would do, how he would do things and when he would do it. All these things he met. I know from checking other sources that the walkway was built exactly the way they are supposed to be built. We are going to hire Firefly to build another brick paver walkway and to do additional landscaping around our home.

I paid Reginald Franklin to come fix my fountain. He assured me that he knew how to fix it. When he…read morearrived, he brought a "helper" who kept making sexual remarks to my neighbor. I had to have MY HANDYMAN help with the fountain because Reginald's "helper" would not stop talking. Then I had to have another neighbor come with his tractor to lift the fountain. Reginald did not have any nylon straps so we had to get our straps to attach to the tractor to lift it. My handyman told him that there was a kink in the tubing but Reginald went ahead and put it back together without straightening the KINK. So now I have a fountain that is barely DRIBBLING water and ONLY on ONE SIDE. He will not come back to fix the mess he made. He said that he would CHARGE ME AGAIN to come back to fix it.
