I couldn't agree more with the other reviews. Particularly when we are facing a mental health crisis, it is absurd to me that Laura owns this practice. She just told me that I neglected my son; note she has never met me or my son. That statement wouldn't even be appropriate to say to a neglectful parents. We have been bounced around in the practice to different med providers for my son and after the most recent APRN left the practice, we were not even notified. The billing manager told me that I would only get a call back from the practice manager "at her discretion." They are a business that happens to be a healthcare practice, but a business nonetheless. Such poor form. At the same time, they are held to a higher standard with mental health and they have been negligent in their practice. It is completely unacceptable to just reassign over 300 patients to already overworked practitioners who truly want to help their patients. NOTE: We were cash pay for almost 2 years so they have taken hundreds of dollars and my son is no better off than the day of his first appointment. But again, according to the practice own Laura, that was due to my own neglect. As I am more of a professional than she will ever be, I'll leave the review there without sharing all of my thoughts about the clear danger this woman is to anyone with mental health struggles, let alone a child. read more

I not only see a provider at this practice but recommend this office to my own patients as well. I have the highest respect for Laura and her team of highly trained and specialized professionals. All are compassionate, caring, and on top of the latest trainings for mental health care for their patients. As a fellow healthcare provider, I can say that many poor patient reviews providers receive tend do be due to patients not following through on safety and health recommendations, or even can be reviews not even related to their personal experience with a provider at all. It's a shame people turn to an online forum to lodge a complaint that likely could have been resolved in a conversation. They are trained in modalities that I seek out when referring my own clients and family members for care. This is what I would consider "high end" therapy. Beautiful offices, attentive administrative staff. They actually answer the phone, unlike all of my other Dr's offices. I am able to get quick answers and they are always so sweet. My therapist and APRN work with me through various conditions and stressful events I've gone through for the years. They never judge me and treat me like I'm important. This means a lot to me because I know they have a lot of patients, and I do feel important. read more
