Didn't realize wife had bought 2 3 hour groupons (wasn't groupon, but can't remember the name. Doesn't matter.) After six hours, the guy said he needed another hour and a half. (My wife even taped the bathroom and part of the bedroom!) We bought $30/gal one coat paint. But he didn't even bother to roll more than once. There were runs all over the place and tons of spots where the paint didn't cover. Wouldn't have been a problem if he used the tried-and-tested method of up down up down left right left right. I'd expect a 12 year old to do a better job. Paint on bathroom tiles, paint on ceiling. He was doing the stairwell that has no light in it. Want me to open the door so you can see? Nope. Ok....Only good thing I can say is that he was quiet (no boombox, thankfully) and polite. We're going to complain to the place who sold the letter and contact the attorney general. The customer service has been snide and uncooperative. I am certain they have caller ID and don't answer my calls as I have resorted to using my daughter's cell. It's been one thing after another. Honestly I would have been better off letting the local handy man have a go at it. I certainly would not have endured the stress and irritation I have had so far with them. It's horrible to have to ponder over how to get their hack job fixed. Will letters even matter do I try and get a refund and so on. No deal is worth it. RUN AWAY from any deals -this lasting impression is not what anyone would hope for.

Once work began, it only took two days to finish. The painters were very carful and committed by working long hours to finish with perfection!
