We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. We also use our own vacuum, a Dyson animal vacuum for personal preference. I went back and forth with the company for 1-2 hours asking them politely to use our product before being told that they can only use their own with essential oils and then being told that Clorox is damaging to the environment and to their workers which we did not suggest. If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.

I'm sure it also depends upon individual experience and that probably can vary greatly, depending upon your cleaner and needed interaction with the office staff. This review is based on our experiences over the last two years with Two Betty's. As you can tell from my rating, we are very satisfied. We have been lucky to have one consistent cleaner (Victor), who does a consistently excellent job. My interactions with the office staff has also been excellent. They are very accommodating to changes, both in terms of hours per visit and rescheduling when we are out of town. The price is based upon the number of hours (we use their services two hours per month and the price is quite clear and consistent. We started Two Bettys based upon a recommendation from our daughter, who is also quite happy with their service. Originally, we started because my wife had some surgery and our original intention was to stop the service when she recovered. However, we were so pleased with the results, we have continued using them, even though we reduced the number of needed hours per month. I hope that you will be as pleased as we are.
