We had this builder come to our home on a Sunday to provide a bid. During the visit, he clearly told us we would receive the estimate by Thursday. Unfortunately, we never received anything , not even a follow-up message or explanation. We specifically reached out to him because of his excellent reviews, so this experience was surprising and disappointing. Even if he decided not to take on our project, a simple update or courtesy message would have shown professionalism. Personally for me not following through on a clear commitment and not communicating at all reflects poor work ethic and reliability.
