Maya is a miracle eyebrow threader! I went in with mu eyebrows looking a complete mess. Months ago I had gotten my eyebrows waxed and the lady literally gave me 2 different shapes where one eyebrow was arched and the other was just straight and completely messed up. I went to Maya as a walk-in based on the reviews and I was so extremely happy when I saw the end results! She was able to make my eyebrows similar in shape and look nicely trimmed and beautiful. I also have very sensitive skin which is why I don't really do the threading ( I get little bumps around my eyebrows afterwards). However she put some witchhazel after the threading and no bumps around my eyebrows to this day!! Not only is she the sweetest lady ever but you can tell she has experience and is obviously an expert. I will keep going to Maya forever from now on read more

I used to go here pre-COVID and was always very satisfied with their services here. I'm disappointed to say that they don't have enough safety precautions in place for COVID. They're not sanitizing chairs and hands after each customer. I've seen other threading places sanitize their chairs after each customer and the workers would wear gloves while working on clients. I've been taking my 15 year old daughter to see Charmaine for her routine monthly facial for almost a year. My daughter's skin has improved so much since taking her to see Charmaine. I've taken my daughter to see other estheticians in the past but has dreaded going because they leave marks, redness, and soreness; NOT with Charmaine, my daughter loves going to see Charmaine!! I have known Maya since she did not own her own shop. However, when she left the old shop she was cordial and did not tell any of the clients to take away from their business.
