It was a no mayo, but rather oil and vinegar dressed finely chopped mixture of cabbage and green peppers with the delightful addition of celery seed. But back to the sandwiches.... The bread (rye) was fresh..... the lettuce (leaf) was crisp.... the tomatoes ripe. The turkey was high quality real turkey breast with just the right amount of a delightful cranberry mayo. My sandwich was outstanding as were the fish fries. The staff is friendly and the crowd is small enough so that they can offer excellent service. The view across the fields and vineyards while sitting out on the lawn is very relaxing. The Freedom Run staff also provide table service offering not only wine but also beer and flights of wine in place of tastings inside.
