This facility is far from what they perceive to on the website. Their housing is run down, has…read moreplumbing issues that don't get addressed in a timely manner. They're verbally abusive, yelling profanities the few times they come around. They neglect the seniors that live there. They require you to give them your SNAP card but don't provide adequate nutritious meals. Canned and dried goods are brought from local food pantries. There is no structure, order or supervision. Not a healthy environment for people in recovery with mental health issues. They will illegally evict you with no notice for as little as not attending a meeting if they feel you face a threat to how they are running their operation.

Our twins made incredible progress within 3 months of being there seen by Sean and Autumn. The twins built a close relationship with both of them and we saw progress at home. To our disappointment both therapists quit abruptly and unexpectedly without notice. Our kids had a very hard time with this as there was no transition period, in fact it hindered and backtracked all the progress they had made. We received an e-mail from Sean that he would no longer be working there due to personal differences and not having been paid by the owner. A few days later I reached out to Autumn because I had a gut feeling something more was going on as she had cancelled her appointment with our son. She as well was leaving due to personal differences and not being paid. From what I gathered due to emails from both Occupational Therapists and the owner Barb, there was quite a bit of conflict with her business and its financial stability. She had sent out an e-mail to the client's apologizing but also displaying her personal life in an unprofessional manor, as to why she's been struggling with keeping Sprocket Therapy open. Thankfully we were able to get them into Cornerstone Pediatric Occupational Therapy in Pleasantview without a wait. As a parent you want the best for your child. To see your child struggle due to something that could have been prevented or fair warned is really frustrating.

They knew the patients. Residents all seemed happy and well taken care of Nursing staff, Hope and Rocene , Paul, great nurses. And Lindsey absolutely incredible nurse I would trust my family with any of these ladies Training coordinator Michelle, wonderful lady, she really helped me alot I worked there for about two weeks over Christmas Really got to see almost every patient there at some point,, it seems. I have personally been seen within the medical plaza and never had a bad experience, but I think that varies from practice to practice. They have a wide variety of medical practices on site in addition to the actual hospital and emergency room. Skyline Medical seems to have a rough wrap, so when my partner was recently recommended to have surgery here, we were both worried. However, we have been wildly impressed and thankful throughout the process. I will say that the process leading up to date of surgery was less than pleasant a due to miscommunications, rescheduling, and general confusion. But once we got him in, things have been great. The hospital is going through renovations, which is great to see. This has been a multi year project and they are making good progress. The hospital is in excellent condition, is updated and well taken care of. They have invested a lot and it is easily noticeable. The rooms are spacious and well outfitted. This hospital is keeping up with technology and design of today, and it shows in most places throughout the hospital. Dr. Marlar was professional, communicative and provided a sense of comfort before surgery. All the floor staff including housekeeping, culinary, techs and nurses have been wonderful, friendly and helpful! Desk staff around the hospital is hit and miss, but nothing terrible. Skyline Medical also has one of the only flight based medical teams in Nashville. This team is very busy as those helicopters stay on the move! They do have more food options than your normal hospital with a Subway, along with two food trucks and of course the cafeteria. If you choose the cafeteria, you already know what to expect. You are at a hospital, not a chef inspired restaurant. The hospital is clean and well taken care of. Overall, we are thankful to have Skyline Medical in the neighborhood. It's been a great experience.
