They could have easily told us the hole was not patchable and try to sell us a new tire, but they were honest. It's refreshing to find a shop that is trustworthy and doesn't take advantage of customers. Bottom line , we were emailed a report about the lights, wipers, tires etc....for $100. They said to fix the problem we took it in for would be $1500.00.....that's in addition to the $260 they charged for the oil change and "diagnostic inspection". They couldn't even get the model of our vehicle correct...we have a 2010 f150, they billed us for a 2010 King Ranch. We will not return..

I have stopped in with a last-minute repair when I popped part of my front valance off on a curb, they pulled it in and riveted it back in place and weren't even going to charge me - I think I gave him $20, but I'm sure it was worth much more. I have personally witnessed them doing the same sort of thing for other people when I've been waiting for repairs. They truly care about their customers and community!
