We called and they said they could get us in and out same day. Once we arrived they found a spot for us to park the travel trailer and even let us run an extension cord to assist with power. We had our 14 year old cat with us so having the RV powered for air and comfort was a blessing. They got the parts ordered, kept us abreast with all issues found and had us back on the road approximately 4 hours later. They went way above and beyond providing snacks, rotating the tires and even cleaning the floor mats! Great people and awesome service. Thank you Spikes!

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot. The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as "certified" and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it. While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: "We'll call you back." They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions. To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it. I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have. After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was "finished" and this was the "final product" they could offer me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn't go back up. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General!

I found RPM about a mile from where I was at and pulled into their business to explain my situation. They dropped what they were doing to take a look. I had used a lube company to change my oil a few days prior to this leak. RPM discovered that the lube company didn't tighten the oil plug.
