I stopped an employee, who went way out of his way to put me in front of a manager to help me. This man took the time to put me in touch with that "departments" manager. They came to my property while I was at work ( earliest they could) called me and walked the entire property over the phone. I had expressed how dire the property needed maintenance( 4 weeks no maintenance because of the prior contractor) The gentleman and I agreed on what was needed and his vision for our homes yard.
