Kitchen renovation is a very stressful process. The pandemic slowed down everything. But everything changed after we visited Kuiken Brothers in Wantage, NJ. The first person we met was Judy Radl. Even though we came without an appointment, she took her time to introduce us to the companies they work with. The moment we saw Mauser painted cabinets, we fell in love with their product. The countertop that Judy picked for us was gorgeous (we couldn't have picked better). We had to wait a couple months to meet Beverly Van Stone , designer at the Wantage showroom, but it was worth it. Beverly created for us a beautiful and more functional kitchen. All our questions were answered, we never felt rushed. The cabinets came on time, which is rare this days. Like any other project, we have some little problems to solve, but we have Beverly and Judy who took most of the stress off our backs. The kitchen is almost done and looks better and better as we get to the end of our project. We would highly recommend Beverly Van Stone and Judy Radl . They are amazing !!!! The door was too wide by 1/4'', so it won't close. I told the counter person and he said I should have known to size the door 1/4''smaller than the frame. He's supposed to be the expert, not me. He told me he would have to charge me almost as much as what the door cost to shave the door down to size. I will NOT do any more business there ever again.

Fast forward to Jan. 2018 when I needed to replace an O ring which is part of the valve assembly for the Cold faucet of our Kitchen sink. As mentioned in an earlier review, when I arrived the owner was BS'ing with somebody and when he saw me come toward the counter, he turned his back to me so he wouldn't need to acknowledge my presence. I was eventually told to go to the counter in the back by another person. When I asked told him I needed to replace the O ring, which I had left on the valve assembly, took the assemble with him (I assumed to test the fit). About five minutes later he returned, after consulting with the owner, to tell me I needed to buy the entire assembly. I asked if he was serious and, unfortunately he actually thought I would. I got the O ring I needed from an Ace Hardware store for 46 cents! Stay away from these guys!

If I have questions and the person at the register is unable to answer any questions, I speak to the owner who always goes above and beyond to get us what we need. We get fast and friendly service.
