Tow service never calls when they arrive or knocks on address door, they just text saying drivers here come outside . I see text 5 minutes after it was sent , spent 20 minutes standing out side in snow . I call and text Bradleys NO ANSWER, I finally give up go in and call VW roadside assistance. VW roadside states driver drove by , did not see anyone standing by car. so he left . ( the car is in the driveway of the address given) Id say " CRAP SERVICE" By Bradey's. I had a flat tire and Capital Towing sent someone in a pick up truck to change my tire. He didn't…read moreuse his own tools, if he even had any. He used the tools that came with my spare tire kit. He then stripped my wheel lock, so this was no longer functional to take any of my tires of the car. He also hoisted my car using the jack from my spare kit. He called his " buddy " to come take off my tire, but since the lock was stripped, he had no choice to tow my car. This was another company. When this tow truck arrived, it was noted that the first employee from Capitol towing had hoisted my car on the outer plastic part of my car and not the actual framing/undercarriage, and this has cracked my car. When I tried to follow up with capital towing, they screened my calls. When I called with a different phone number, they answered immediately. When I asked to speak about my experience, then employee named James (if this is a real name - doubtful as he took a long time answering), said he will pass along to his boss. I have not received a phone call back and they have continued screening my calls.
