Karie had a chance to reach out to rectify situation before complaint was filed with state. Karie shouldn't have gotten involved in family matters by making comments like the second service would be an "appropriate" service for my husband.

Chris, Carley, JJ, Shirley and the rest of the team have been absolutely incredible every step of the way. We interacted with Chris and JJ the most. Chris was the calm in the eye of a massive hurricane of difficult emotions. JJ was so earnest and clearly takes pride in his work. Here are the things that really stand out: 1.) My dad was cared for like he was a family member. From the moment my dad was moved from the hospital to the home, we felt like he was treated with the utmost care and respect. My dad was quite ill towards the end and we were hesitant about a viewing (for many reasons). Chris shared he had cared for my dad himself and that he looked very good. After much consideration we decided to view my dad. We were astounded by how much care was put into his appearance. He looked absolutely incredible and like we had time traveled back to the healthy, vibrant dad we knew. 2,) Our tired, grief stricken brains could barely make decisions and changed our minds frequently. Chris was so incredibly patient and accommodating. We never once felt like our decision changes were a burden. Chris gently guided our decision making process with helpful suggestions and the Bixby-South team happily accommodated when we changed our plans. Chris also made a suggestion for a burial location that perfectly fit my dad. 3.) We felt like Chris and team really "got" my dad. They asked great questions to understand who my dad was a person. We shared that my dad loved golf and didn't think too much of it. When we arrived at the visitation we were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail to create a themed room that truly captured everything my dad loved. It made our celebration of life so happy and upbeat despite the difficult circumstances. 4.) Communication was also very easy. We appreciated the kind, gentle follow-up decisions and details. There is so much to do in these circumstances in such a short window of time. We appreciated the team's communicativeness and follow-up. A few email threads were lost somehow on a few decision but the team called or sent a text to keep things moving. 5.) Our service was seamless with every detail perfectly orchestrated and coordinated between the Bixby-South team and church. Sending so much gratitude to Chris, Carley, JJ, and team. We can't thank you enough. Thank you for bringing so much peace and joy to this very difficult time.

A couple of months back (around Dec 2019) I went into the Metro store located at 6628 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK 74133 and purchased a new phone. The next day I began getting text messages saying I owed more money. I called metro and they assured me I did not owe money. Two days later my phone service was suspended and when I called, Metro said I owed $5.00 and it had been turned over to collections. I have always been on autopay, so there was no way I owed money. I went into the Memorial Metro location and was able to get everything straightened out. After 3 years of having no problems, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued service with them. This past Saturday 22nd, 2020, I went into the same location on south Memorial. Chelsea waited on me and informed me that if I changed my phone number she could get me a great deal on an IPhone 7plus. I took her advice and paid over $400 for the iPhone. The very next day I began receiving text messages from Metro saying I once again owed Money. I went back to the Metro store and was assured by Austen and customer service that I owed no more money. Today, Thursday 27th 2020, I again received text messages saying I owed $9.00 and that if I didn't pay it, my service would be turned off. I called customer service and was told my account was being sent to collections. I successfully got my phone tuned back on. Needless to say I was livid. I took my phone back to the Metro store and requested a refund. Austen called Chelsea (store manager) and asked her how to process a refund. She had him show him my account on the computer screen thru a video call. She then said I could not have a refund due to the phone being an upgrade. An upgrade that Chelsea suggested!!!! I was then asked to leave the store when I raised my voice at how they were ripping me off. I had no issues for over 3 years until I went into the s Memorial location.
