The poor part of the review is for management and their handling of installing gutter shields/re-insulating my attic, as well as the payments planned. I needed both done and thought it was convenient Terminix could supply both. When they came out to do the install they only did part of the house, then left without checking with me if there were any other areas besides the main attic entry point they needed to insulate. It took 3-4 months of calling to get back on the schedule to have the other rooms properly insulated. Then, one of the gutters started leaking by my back deck window and they told me it was not a problem with the gutter guards, but the gutters themselves and they could do nothing about it. For the thousands of dollars I agreed to pay them I assumed the gutters would be properly cared for. Apparently putting the gutter guards on was the only thing I paid for, not making sure the gutter was functional with the guard in place. Back to when they quoted me a price and laid out a few different payment plans. I selected a 3 year one as it did not appear any interest would be incurred (there was no mention of it in the packet they left me with the prices, nor did the serviceman who came out to do the quote mention it). I understand miscommunications can occur. I reached out and asked if there was another payment plan I could switch to to incur less interest and they said they would see what they could do. I wouldn't mind paying more monthly to get it taken care of quicker. It took 4 months of me pestering the "manager" Mark here in Tulsa for him to finally get me a new contract signed. For the last 8 months I have been charged the same amount, with the same interest rate for the original plan. Every month I text Mark about this and he tells me he has "sent this up the ladder" and is not sure why it has not been changed. I have been more than patient, but I am going to now just pay the remaining balance in full and stray away from Terminix's services on my next home I plan to buy in the next 5 years. If you are looking to get their general pest control use, I would say they are an OK company. But any of the other services they offer I would not recommend in good faith to any friends or family. The overall service is horrendous I would give them zero stars if I could!! We had 2 baby possums…read morein our house we called there call center to see if we could get an estimate on getting them REMOVED and have the area looked at bc we didn't know how they got in. They told us they could come take a look for free at 1pm. We agreed and waited till 1pm while the possums destroyed our bathroom. We get another call by the service provider at 1:10pm saying they don't remove possums and that they wouldn't do the inspection and we need to call someone else. I think it's completely unacceptable in the fact they weren't clear up front at 9am when we called them. It was no mystery of what the issue was it was clearly articulated on the phone we had two baby possums in our bathroom. So I don't know where the confusion came from. Lucky for us we were able to call a different company and they were out there within 15mins and they did remove and inspected everything. Just wished I would have called AAAC Wildlife first instead.

I received an email from the owner saying that they were leaving town for a week of vacation and wanted a check for the full amount quoted to me. She said her associate would pick up the check and finish the job when they returned from their trip. I said that I didn't want to pay in advance because I had done that before and it didn't end well. She told me that they were trustworthy and promised to finish the job. Against my better judgement, I gave them a check. As you have probably guessed, I have never seen them again. When I contacted them again to ask about completion of the job, this time she said they were leaving town because of an emergency. This started in April, it is now August. I wanted landscaping. I have mulch. I have been cheated by these women! If you employ them, don't be surprised if they do this to you.
