Updated Review: After having a negative experience, the owner Rene, reached out on Yelp to invite the sissy and me back in. I figured we should give the place another try and am glad we did. We met with Scott for a personal tour and he was beyond fabulous! I didn't realize CFW has another area with candles, faux flowers, ribbons, etc. so the tour was a nice touch and very much needed. Rene and Scott certainly turned a negative into a POSITIVE! Scott was so knowledgeable about various flowers, gave us input based on our needs, and is just amazing! Wish I could leave less than one star. My advice is to SHOP ELSEWHERE. I purchased a membership in order to shop here, and I was BEYOND excited. Their Instagram is always full of beauty. I walk in and have to figure everything out for myself. I was never greeted. I was ignored. I walked the whole store, walked inside the cooler area where the flowers are kept and was looking around, looking like a lost puppy before anyone said a word to me. The prices are astronomical. Usually, you get a better price than normal when you have a membership to a warehouse. The prices were ridiculous. Just as someone else commented, Grocery Stores, Costco, Whole Foods have way better pricing, on flowers, and they have friendly, helpful staff. I asked how much a cylinder, solid vase was and the guy acted like I asked how much a plane ride to the moon was. Excuse me for not saying "clear". My experience was horrible. The staff ignored me, and the prices of flowers are astronomical. I will be canceling my membership and telling my friends to do the same. We will spend our money elsewhere! Steve has always been the most available and helpful sales rep and so many of the sales reps and staff have become close friends. I am welcomed with smiles and great service each time I come in. And if there is ever a discrepancy or issue with the quality of flowers I bought they are quick to resolve the problem the best they can. I will not be returning to this store as long as their employees aren't required to wear masks. I really wanted my experience to be a good one but turned into a nightmare.when I first visited cut flowers I was greeted by Alex who at the time seemed to be friendly and helpful began the order process for my flowers. The flowers were going to be used for my entire bridal party. With well over 300 dollars spent as you can see most of the flowers were molded in the center. I picked them up on Saturday. My sister noticed a big problem once she took them apart. Moldy old flowers. Mind you the wedding was the next day Sunday. When I called this company they said it had been after 48 hours and nothing could be done . What ?????!!?????you were closed Sunday Saturday you close early so that didn't make any sense to me . Correct the issue the money is not the issue but morals and great customer service should be more prioritized! P.s hanging up in customers is definitely not the way to go ! read more

The only saving grace for this wholesaler is their variety. I work for a local florist and we have used Cut Flower on and off over the years. The ONLY reason we are not constant customers is the salesman we deal with. We had come back to Cut Flower due to a new saleswoman, McKenzie, and hands down she was the most enthusiastic and consistent person we've dealt with there. She was always sending a little extra to let us use some new variety she got in, and was quick to remedy any issue we had, even driving 30 minutes out of the way to replace flowers. She then moved on from cut flower and handed our account over to our old salesman, Mark. Mark does NOT care about the quality what he sends out, nor does he care about replacing the half dead flowers he sends out. It almost seems he digs down to the oldest flowers in the cooler and deems them worthy to send out. We were willing to give McKenzie pretty size-able orders because she would try and make sure that we were satisfied with our orders. It's been a couple weeks since we have ordered from Mark, recently giving him another chance and we received a box of very old hydrangeas. It's a disappointment, Cut Flower is a really unique wholesaler. Unfortunately, their staff doesn't want to keep customers coming back. read more

Horrible customer service is alive and well at this place. After the way my fiancé and I were treated by Alex at Cut Flower Wholesale, Inc. on Faulkner Road in Buckhead, I will never set foot in that establishment again. There was no excuse for Alex's rude, cavalier and insulting behavior when we went to pick up flowers on the day before our wedding. Thank goodness my sweet fiancé, listening to me sob about the flowers all the way to the wedding rehearsal that night, saved the day by procuring flowers from various other vendors. The flowers my fiancé found were equally pretty, at a fraction of the cost. Most important, the other flower vendors treated my fiancé with kindness and respect, traits that apparently are not in Alex's repertoire. Nothing this place has to offer is worth being treated like an insignificant human being. 6/29/2016 This is a follow-up on a negative review I left for Cut Flowers Wholesale. The owner contacted my new husband and me and we were finally able to meet in person to discuss our negative experience. We were impressed with his genuine concern. We were NOT impressed that Alex (the sales rep who was so rude to us) had apparently misled his boss about what actually occurred. We may continue to patronize Cut Flower Wholesale, because their flowers are beautiful. However, we will always work with another sales rep: perhaps Amy, whom the owner recommended. They were able to provide 13 dozen roses and smaller, accent flowers on the day before Valentine's day with ease. My orders are typically small but he works with me as though I'm a weekly, large account. I have found Cut Flowers to have a better selection and fresher flowers than another vendor that I deal with, so even though the price may be a bit higher, I keep coming back here.
