Since the voicemail said 4, I show up at 3:50 didn't get seen until 4:25pm. Most the time I'm pretty understanding but if you are running behind you could at least give me the courtesy of letting me know. I go to check out and my services cost $30 more than what I was expecting because they "forgot" to use the new client discount. I kindly reminded them of the discount before I paid. This place seems convenient because of location and hours but from my experience they are disorganized and have no idea how to book appointments. I won't be back.
