My primary reason for massage is to treat a nagging neck/shoulder issue. Chrissy used a few techniques I had never had before (and I've probably had 50 different therapists over the years). I can tell she's also a yoga specialist because she incorporated stretches that were very effective. In addition to being a therapeutic massage for my problem areas, so much of it felt really nice and relaxing. I appreciated Chrissy's warm, calm demeanor. Facility was clean and pleasant.
