This company is so unprofessional, my wife came in a few weeks ago for a physical as a new patient her experience was awful the wait time alone was almost 3 hours and we can hear the Doctor playing music in the next room with another patient, and when the doctor finally came in he smelled like he hasn't showered in a while. Never had an appointment here where we didn't have to wait over an hr to be seen. I've came earlier then appointment time and even came 5 mins late. It doesn't make a difference you will still need to wait for at least an hr. The doctor and nurses are great but the office management can do better and be consistent with their appointments and scheduling. The whole point of scheduling is to be seen at appointment time. I will be looking for a different pediatrician where the wait time isn't so long. read more

They're really quick when you get here I've never been there more then an 30 mins. I've gone here for my son's shots and I'm telling you they're so helpful. My appointment was for 3:30 I got here at 3:00pm. I did the paper work, Waited about an hour to be called back. And then waited another 30 minutes in the room they put me in just for someone to come tell me to move to another room. Waited another 1 and 40 minutes. Now it was 5:48 when I leave the room to ask to use the rest room. No one to be seen. Realizing the time I decide to walk out to the reception area to leave. All the light are off. No one there. I go to the door to the parking lot and it's locked. I then go to the door leading to the street and proceed to walk around the corner to my car. Waited almost three hours for nothing. Waste of time. They forgot about me or they were just being negligent. Total lack of patient care. Left work early for this appointment to never been seen. Not going back. Will be looking for a new doctor. I started coming here because my doctor moved from her private office to this space about a year ago. Customer service really lacks here. I had made an appointment to see the doctor, when I showed up they told me that they had called me to let me know that they needed to cancel my appt because the dr wasn't going to be in. I asked them why didn't they leave a voicemail and they lied saying that they did (they didn't) yes, I had 2 missed calls, but no vm. With all the spam calls nowadays I don't answer the phone if I don't recognize the number. Whatever, I let that slide. I finally saw the PA and had lab work done. They had called me to give me the lab results and again they didn't leave a voicemail. This time I let the PA know that the staff calls and they don't leave voicemails, he told me to save the number in my phone so I know it's the office calling, what is that going to do? How about if I'm busy and can't answer the phone? I'm suppose to call back and be like "your office called me" I don't know who or what was the reason of the call so that I could be directed to the correct person when I call back. I feel that a dr's office or any office for that matter should leave a vm if they are calling you for whatever reason. My other complaint is still with the office staff. I went to get an ultrasound on 8/2 and it is now 8/15 and I still haven't received my results when I was told it would be 3-5 days. I've called the office about 3x trying to get the results and they keep saying they don't have them yet. I called the office where I got my ultrasound done at and they said they sent it over to the dr's office since 8/3. When I spoke to my dr's office the girl said "I called last week to get the results and no one answered" ok...and you couldn't call me to let me know and give me an update? She told me I'll call them again right now, this was 8/15, do you think she called me with an update, nope, she didn't. I called again today 8/15 and a girl told me "they are on the dr's desk, he's already reviewed them but I don't know if he's going to call you or if you need to come in for an appt, he didn't tell us, I'll ask him when he comes in tomorrow" WOW!!! I really can't believe the lack of urgency from this office. This is beyond frustrating! I hope this isnt a normal thing because up until now I am not happy with the service I have received. The PA is really good other than that, he's young and very thorough and listens well when you are at an appt with him. This complain is in no part in reference to the Dr or the PA but rather the staff that is in charge of answering the phones. One girl I did speak with was Jenny who is the one who didn't give me no update. Blanca who is charge of the referrals is great and has up until now been great when I have spoken to her and needed a referral modified. The MA is also very nice, I don't know her name but she has black hair and tattoos. I like the office and reception area in the fact that it's new and very clean, parking could be a little difficult at times. read more

Only two stars because some nurses are nice and I got help with pampers for my autistic son but as for that if I could give a 0 I would every time I make an appointment I have to wait and hour ore two just to have my son seen the front table lady charges for any paper you need from the dr it ranges from prices you tell the dr about it and she says " oh idk that's her business" so too me that's a joke now Dr khalatian was nice at first it just started going down hill from there like every time I had an in person appointment she either forgot who I was mistaken me for another mom with a kid with autism now my son gets sick and when I make a phone appointment ore an in person appointments she's says she can't give me no dr notes for my sick son because we are gonna have problems with the school that I should just take my sick son to school and have them sent him back like what the hell is that if my son is sick I'm gonna sent him with you to get checked out I'm allowed to get a dr note for him ohhh and I've been having trouble with the school because they messed up dates on some dr notes and that's why she dosent wanna give me no more dr note and when I asked her who did that she says the nurses sooo idk why she plays the blaming game when she's the one that seen my son when he's sick not them soo yess because of her mistakes that's why she doesn't wanna give me dr notes that clinic is only 2 stars for me It's just sad to be honest I feel like I don't get the help for my son that should be getting for him read more

All I have to say is... Blanca is the best. Not only is she super friendly, she helped me in every question I had. She took her time to explain and guide me. I had a referral and she was on top of it, checking in if I had called, and asked if there was anything she could help me with. Can't say the same rest about the other girls there. I have been bringing my 5 children here for years. But yesterday was the last time. I brought my son for a physical that took a month to book an appointment, we arrived 10mins early @ 3:20. We waited until 5pm, there closing time and still had not been seen. Others were taken before us that had arrived later. Their excuse was there are 2 doctors and they were waiting for the other doctor. So if it's 5 o'clock already what kind of time will my son get with the doctor, I would be rushed out. And then they mention there were still 2 ahead of us. So I just took my son home. I will be changing doctors. Never again. I have 5 children that I will take else where. read more

Worst pediatrician office. Dr. Maria Khalatian I am not sure if you are aware of this but your staff lacks customer service. When I called to make an appointment for my son they didn't have any appointments until two months out. I was fine with that. Day of appointment Maddie calls me with to cancel my appointment because "doctor will not be in the office". When I'm asking her questions she has an attitude like hates her job. When rescheduling they have me wait another month.I know they do this frequently because of the other comments and because they recently did it to my niece. I have been Taking my daughter to Dr. Maria Khalatian since she was 5 months she is 4 years old now. I have never had a problem with the Dr or her staff until she moved to this new location. Dr. Khalatian is the best super sweet and cares for our children but the front staff is rude!!! I called several times and put me on hold for over 30 min. I told her my daughter has a cough for over 2 weeks now and the cough is not getting better! They dont want to see sick kids????? only over the phone. I tested my daughter for COVID and she is negative! So I dont understand the problem! I am a register Nurse and know the risks and fear we have but when it comes to our children we need to treat them right! I have been coming here for 3 years, and I have nothing to say but good things, starting from customer service to Dr examination. I love this clinic every one is very nice I have been help so many times in all my needs. My son gets sick often him being born premature needs alote of care, including frequent doctors visit. Everytime I call Maria front office has help me get in contact with Dr khalatian if she always from the office, she has help me get thru any urgent matter. The worst pediatrician ever, they never have appt and they don't care about the kids well being they will schedule you a week after the day you've liked your child to be seen, all the staff is rude their attitude is horrible I'm glad I pulled my children out of this clinic because the pediatrician is never there anyway or always late.
