This was the first time I've used Kaizen Collision in Yuma, and they delivered outstanding results. The quality of their work, professionalism, and attention to detail impressed me. Kaizen did a fantastic job in fixing a dent on the back of my bumper of my new Tesla. Their paint department color matched my pearl white exterior paint. In addition, they kept my Tesla mobile connector and charged my car while it was in their possession. When I picked up my car, it was beautifully detailed! I came across Kaizen by searching top rated auto shops in the area, and this was the top contender. I'm here to honor there spot. I drive a 2015 Volkswagen CC and needed my front bumper painted white. Maria welcomed me and was very polite and guided me through the process of getting my car bumper painted. Will gave me a very reasonable estimate and I was able to get my front bumper back. The bumper was previously only primed so it needed to match my gloss white finish on my car. And when I got the bumper back it looked basically identical to paint of the factory paint. Phenomenal job considering it only took 2 days to finish. When I got my car back I was told to wait two to three weeks before washing for the paint to properly dry. Unfortunately even when waiting the three weeks I pressure washed my front bumper and small inch of the paint chipped off. I went back to Kaizen and they took a look at it and within the hour they took my car and was given a free rental car. They fixed my front bumper within 24 hours. Well what can I say, from the moment I stepped in the people that worked here greeted me with smiling faces, even though they could tell that I messed my car up. Ms. Tami was so helpful and funny, she walked me through the whole process of getting my car fixed and gave me and estimated time that was ACTUALLY ON TIME. I give this place an AAA++ rating and a capital I for Integrity! I bought an old truck that had a horrible door problem. The gentleman at KAIZEN AUTO REPAIR told me what the estimate would be for new hinges. When I went to pick my truck up he told me he had good news for me. It was the pins instead of the hinges and with his honesty the bill was cut almost in half. Plus on top of that they came and picked me up at my house and brought me back to the shop when my truck needed to be picked up. My car was hit by something in a parking lot which transferred material to my car door. I took it to Kaizen to see if they could buff it out. They looked at it right away and took my vehicle in to have it taken care of. Twenty minutes later the door looked brand new. I asked what I owe them and they said I owe them nothing. I was so amazed. And they were extremely nice. It didn't hurt that their waiting room had free coffee and cookies, a comfy couch and TV! Kaizen Auto Care did the repairs to my Dodge Ram pickup. The people at Kaizen are very friendly and professional. I have been to both locations, the one located on S Ave 3E and the one behind Hyundai of Yuma on Bonanza, the one on Bonanza is where the repairs were done. The office people are just so sweet, the work was completed on time, and my truck looked as if I drove it off the dealer lot. I don't write reviews, but I had to cause these guys rock! A wind gust flung my door open so hard that it dented my fender and I could no longer open the driver's side door. Liz at Kaizen Collision was very helpful, and they pulled the dent out at no charge!
