Never, ever again will I rent from these people. Rude is an understatement. They forgot items…read morethat we had paid for and expected us to drive down an hour away to pick them up. The owner, Rick, said he felt bad about forgetting lights and linens so he said that anything else we needed that he had on the truck he would leave for us at no charge. Well, after he left we walked across the dance floor that they had set up to find out that it was not put together properly and they set it up in such a way that it took up most of the tent where people were supposed to be eating and had exposed plywood all along the front. We called them back to tell them that part of the middle was sinking because they had not put proper bracing under it and it needed to be moved. Then came the attitude full blown from him, but Rick agreed to come up and fix the dance floor and when he got there he said he would move part of the dance floor and then the groom-to-be helped him do it. He brought the linens and lights with him that he had forgotten to save us a trip and we thanked him profusely and fed him dinner with us at the reception dinner. He did not however leave us enough side walls to cover the rest of the tent which he was supposed to. I offered to pay for the extras and he Said, "no, I'm just thankful that you were patient with what happened." Well, because of the lack of proper siding left, needless to say, when it poured like a monsoon for the wedding, we had to move everything into the larger tent because the smaller tent became flooded and everything was soaked from having not enough sides attached to protect everything. Today Rick and his crew showed up to pick up the tent. He accused us of not returning tent side walls - the same side walls that he never brought. He also handed me another invoice for $1,600 stating that he had changed his mind and was charging us anyway for the things he left for us because he had to drive back up here to fix the floor even though "it was not our fault." We had several words in the yard and despite his promises, despite the fact that my future son in law helped him fix his mistake with the dance floor -- when I asked him if he was seriously going to change me for things he offered to let us use free of charge he looked at me, took a drag off of his cigarette and said "yeah and I could charge you for extra work on the dance floor." I was livid, told him I was leaving this review and would never recommend their services to which he said "oh well." I went inside and compared invoices for the prior one he had left and the new one he demanded payment for -- and it was a duplicate of the original that he had already been paid for plus an extra 500 for items we were not supposed to be charged for. I wrote him a check for the difference between the two. THEN he had the nerve to come to the door stating to me "would you mind explaining what you are trying to pull with this check?" I pulled out the original invoice which clearly stated "paid" and the check number for the full payment I already gave them when they originally set up the tents. I informed him that this new check was for the difference and how dare he try to pull off getting paid double for the same items. He became very sheepish and left the porch. Very shady, very unethical, very dishonest. Beware! They will charge you for items they did not bring. We had to wash many of the linens that he left because they were dirty and stained but we were still charged for them. The linens were all different sizes for the same size buffet tables. Some of the tent sides were ripped and filthy and several of the lights did not work. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience for our daughters wedding. I would spend more money elsewhere with other companies. I would like to say you get what you pay for but in this case, even that does not apply. RENTER BEWARE!

Literally the night before I called Pa Party rentals, and thank heavens they came to the rescue with tables and chairs for my event, when no one else would even answer! I am eternally grateful for this company. They were very affordable, all the tables and chairs were clean, the delivery people were very pleasant, and when I spoke to the owner on the phone, he was very polite and he was ready to help. Called a week in advance to rent a dunk tank...was told to bring cash, but could not schedule a…read morepickup time until the day before pickup...Called Thursday and was told he would be back around noon Friday, but call to make sure he was back.....Called at 1 on Friday and was told by employee that they didn't have dunk tanks...Called again and owner said we couldn't pick it up until after 5.....we drove over an hour and he wanted us to wait 4 hours....set the tank up and it leaked...no receipt, no contract, no time to return....until Sunday at 8:05 am when he called to tell me it needed to be back by 10:30am....over an our drive meant I had 1 hour to get dressed, empty the tank, disassemble and leave the house...will NEVER use this business again....very shady...obviously his time is more valuable than his customers'

I must have emailed Chris a dozen times with changes and he'd always get it done in a timely manner and never was annoyed by me. When they came to set up they did so super quickly. The tent was AMAZINGLY beautiful! Unfortunately we had a crazy rain storm come through on the day of our wedding. We put off getting sides until the last minute. 2 days prior they came out and set up 3 of the 4 sides as we had requested. 1 day prior they came out and did some patch work to make sure the tent would stay waterproof. The day of, about 3 hours before the ceremony, we called to get the 4th side because the rain was much worse than anticipated. They came out immediately and put the last side on! It seriously saved the day! When they came to pick up the linens and plateware, James was friendly and helpful and lended a hand where he could. Overall, this place was amazing to deal with. A bounce house was rented from the Moonwslk Guys. When renting the bounce house it was articulated to the owner it was a night time party starting at six PM. They said it was fine and the house would remain all day. The Moonwalk Guys delivery men showed up a little after nine to pick the bounce house up. The birthday girl called the owners since they were personnel friends and the husband answered. He made hurtful remarks to her in reference to her profession. This customer is an educated, smart young lady. She was completely distressed by this comment, which was witnessed by a yardful of guest. The owner then proceeded to hang up on her. I would not reccomend renting from The Moonwalk Guy they were outright rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful.

I booked a bounce house for a party I was…read morehaving at my home, when I received the contract I informed the owners that, while the contract said 12:00pm drop off & 7:30pm pickup, my party did not begin until 6pm. I then was told that it was fine & I would be able to keep the bounce house all day. 3 hours into my party the delivery workers showed up unannounced and stated that they were told the bounce house had to be picked up. I was not informed of any of this, as I would have never paid 200$ to rent a bounce house for 3 hours. I spoke with the owner again and explained my issues with the occurrence. He was cocky, rude and completely disrespectful. I would recommend not using this company to do business with, especially considering the way they communicate with their customers.
