The tickets they would have collected years ago are now stored on the card they used to play the games. It's actually a very good idea but I used to love watching my children, back in the early 90s, carefully decide which games to play and ration their tokens. Of course, that was when Chuck E. Cheese used to sell pitchers of beer for the parents to entertain themselves while their kids went off to play. Ahhh, the good ol' days. I didn't actually eat any of their pizza. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she brushed us off. As a Black Woman in a predominantly white space, being treated with such coldness and disrespect made us feel unwanted and unwelcome. What made matters worse was the complete lack of management intervention no supervisor ever stepped in to address the situation or offer a genuine apology. Good facilities cannot make up for poor leadership and discrimination. The mishandling of this incident left a terrible impression and severely lowered my rating for this establishment."
