Kids were running all over, but it was never overwhelming. All the kids were having a great time. The play place is immaculate and the staff is very very friendly. You pay their entrance fee and then you can come and go throughout the day. Most play places give you a 2 hour time limit and then you have to leave or pay extra. I love that you can come early, then go out and grab lunch, and then come back in the afternoon. Everything about Tagalongs is perfect! The girl working was snappy, defensive, and confrontational. When I mentioned that I had called their number, she accused me of lying and claimed she had "been here all morning and the phone didn't ring." Even after I literally showed her the call log on my screen, she refused to apologize.
