It was pretty frustrating, cos for one, they didn't hear even a quarter of the story, 2, they were rejecting my case despite telling me over the phone that it might be doable (and that was based on more info than I gave them in person), and for 3, they kept explaining their decision in legal terms that I was unfamiliar with, and I had to ask several times before I got enough information to understand what was going on. So yeah, not too impressed. I gave 2 stars because I didn't actually use them, so who knows, maybe they could be okay in some cases. Costs turned out to be similar to what they would have been if we had only used Weir Bowen. The insurance industry has a reputation for not being honest. Phil and Dan were very helpful.
