Approximately…read moreone year ago I paid over $700 cash to have all the over 20 year old AC ducting replaced under my mobile home by this company. As a senior citizen I struggle to save for months to have enough funds for maintenance and upkeep of my property. I just had a new AC system installed this year and found out from the installer that all my ducting was not replaced like I thought and that I would owe an additional $400 to replace the original ducting that was falling apart. I had no other choice but to pay it because the new AC system had to be inspected to approve the loan. I called Reliance about the extra expense now for something I thought was taken care of a year ago and it wasn't. I was told their accounting receipt showed I only paid $75 when in reality I paid over $700 for a job that wasn't completed. My mistake was paying in cash and not getting a hand written receipt at the time of the replacement of the ducting. The receipt was digital and I did not have a way to print it out nor did I realize I needed to save a photo of the digital receipt. If they can blatantly take advantage of a senior citizen like me then it makes me wonder how many others have been taken advantage of. It's disgraceful yet Reliance had no intention of fulfilling the contract of their services even after I called them out on it.

They had our RV for 3 months. We had to call them every week to check on the status. They called us…read moreone time during the whole 3 months to update. The drive there from our house is 2.5 hrs. We called them when we left to let them know we were on the way. They close at 5pm. Arrived there at 4:40 pm. We inspected our unit and found that some of the seals were done very sloppy. So we said something to them about it. Two of the employees began to fix it. The owner came out and yelled at his wife and told her to leave and go to her event, pointed at the other employee and told him to go inside and do his job, and then turned and pointed at me, a female, and told me I could come back another day and get my camper. Let's just say it went down hill from there! How the owner acted was very unprofessional and we will NEVER use them again! If you own a business and have employees who work for you, then you need to double check behind them to make sure the job is done correctly!
