Didn't even show up to the correct Address to begin with was then told that we have to dig up the pipe running from the toilet to the septic tank And he'll be back in two days. Two days later comes and replaces everything except septic tank This was on a Friday. Clog reappeared after 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. Call back Monday because they are not open on Saturday and Sunday was told it would be Friday before they come out again. Friday came out snaked all the way to the septic. And again worked for about 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. They are supposed to build me for that one. The first time they came out, the bill was $320. This time the bill is $150. I cannot keep calling them every other day to come and fix a clog that was supposed to be fixed the first time call them today Monday again got a hold of Leah telling her the problem. She had a nasty attitude telling me that when he left it was clear that that's just how their scheduling works when I ask for someone to come out today and she said they cannot. Then told her I'm not paying them to temporarily fix the clog but to completely fix the clog and told her that this is the third time me calling and everything has been replaced she wants to tell me I haven't paid when I'm supposed to be billed even said that she just got the invoice to bill me. She then wants to say that it was fixed when her technician left, but it was only temporarily fixed because the clog is still there she then goes onto tell me that. they can have someone out here tomorrow to fix the issue again for the third time but it's not a guaranteed fix because other things might be in play as roots in the septic tank or the Customer putting things down the toilet. I then tell her. The only thing that we've been putting down the toilet is waste material from the body and toilet paper that is meant to go in the toilet She then repeats herself saying she can have someone out here tomorrow if I want to be put on the schedule to fix it, but I will have to pay again. I tell her I cannot be paying for them to come out every 2 to 3 days and be calling every Other day for it to be a temporary fixed, she ignores me Puts me on hold then again doubles down on rescheduling, but I will have to pay. This is ridiculous for me to continuously pay for them to fix a clog. And get blamed that it's my fault for a clog that was supposed to be fixed and for her to have an attitude and nastiness in a professional work environment that she is in is unacceptable. They do not fix the issue that they were given to fix they temporarily do it and think that's good enough. Would not recommend this business to anyone for anything.

So they r undependable plumbing to me, not to mention, the workers are unlicensed, only the owner is licensed, so your expecting a licensed plumber and paying licensed plumbing prices and getting workers that are unlicensed. We called them when we left to let them know we were on the way. They close at 5pm. Arrived there at 4:40 pm. We inspected our unit and found that some of the seals were done very sloppy. So we said something to them about it. Two of the employees began to fix it. The owner came out and yelled at his wife and told her to leave and go to her event, pointed at the other employee and told him to go inside and do his job, and then turned and pointed at me, a female, and told me I could come back another day and get my camper. Let's just say it went down hill from there! How the owner acted was very unprofessional and we will NEVER use them again! If you own a business and have employees who work for you, then you need to double check behind them to make sure the job is done correctly! When you don't then you are responsible for fixing the mistake even if it's after hours!

Came out again pumped full of freon again threw parts at it got lucky, replaced whole line vice fixing it. Second unit has same issue the techs threw parts and pumped with Freon (wrong kind BTW 407 vice 410 still not fixed. I asked to speak with owner concerning billing questions owner refused to talk to me. Now stuck with a unit i need to pump down and repair. not to mention got charged for 2 techs to replace a line I guess that second tech was for moral support since it was installed with one person when we did it. Their techs may need to refresh their Section 608 Cert and Florida clean air act.
