While setting up the appointment I explained to them that this is NOT my house and although it is not my house and NOBODY will be home, the homeowner gave us permission to be on his property without anyone being there. The day of the appointment passes, matter of fact several days pass after the appointment date and no communication was sent out to give me an estimate on the work that needed to be done. I finally reach out to them myself and ask what the outcome was and they continue to explain to me that they went there but nobody was home. Not sure where the confusion was when I explained it just about as clear as I could and then for them to not contact me 1) while on site or 2) after they left is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend using there services as they do not handle their business appropriately. I was under the impression that I was contacted when I put this request of work out because people wanted to make money, I guess not.

The vehicle came out looking like new and the paint was a perfect match. The second time we used his shop we were hit by someone who moved into our lane after not checking her blind spot. This time we were able to get the other drivers insurance and, after dealing with that pain and supply chain shortages and blah blah blah, decided to try Fuji's rather than the shop the insurance company wanted to use. Not only did the work come out great, but he got it dome 45 days BEFORE the shop that the insurance company was going to send us to. Barbara in the office got all the paperwork handled promptly and even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car when I dropped off my car for the repairs.
