Two hours later he still had not fixed the problem and said he was going to need a senior technician. The next day we called and they said they would send someone between 12-5, but again they could not give us a more defined window of time or even let us know if we were near the beginning or end of the route. This time we waited til almost 7pm for them to arrive. After working for an hour they decided they needed to order a part. He gave me a few options to get the jobs done( most expensive to least expensive) and articulated all of my options very clear. I will absolutely use his services again.
