Most companies aren't to helpful with explaining their process or the prices weren't affordable for me and I felt clueless about how to work on improving my score myself. When I finally had a moment to answer the phone today I was treated very rudely from the start of the conversation. Claimed my mortgage company had contacted them due to my late payments (completely untrue). I ended up disconnecting the call as all the woman wanted to do was argue with me about this point. I called the company back at (404) 653-8816 and finally got to the bottom of the reason they were calling me. They have some deal going with my mortgage company to offer credit counseling to customers. I told them I was not interested and to please remove my numbers from their calling list. NOT a great way to gain customers by treating people rudely when you contact them. Horrible customer service.
