Auto insurance is one of those things we hate to pay for but, its required. I had an issue with a claim where my insurance estimate was cancelled by corporate as they were unable to find my vehicle at the inspection yard. The tow company did not release my auto to the inspection yard until after the inspection date. So... Car not found inspection cancelled. This was the state for 16 days. I contacted Eric & his team, and explained that my repair inspection was 16 days or so overdue. 24 hours later after the escalation by Eric's Team... I got the discount as I received the device, the device didnt work out and I reported and called for help on this twice, didn't get any value help on this and today my agent assistant told me that next month my payment will be increased by $20+ as the devices has not been using properly. I remind her that it didnt work out and it reported twice without getting any help, this is not fair to lose a discount due they sent a damaged or faulty device. They are good for get the money but really bad at customer service.
