I adore Maziply Toys. Every time we visit, the staff is wonderful. One staffer has the same name as my 7 year old daughter, Elise. Elise has gone above and beyond for my Elise - even helping guide her through the mirror maze when she was trying that on her own. I was slightly hesitant to not join my daughter in the maze, both because of her age and that she's Autistic. I'm really proud of her for enjoying the mirror maze without Mom by her side. I personally find the mirror maze a bit overwhelming visually - but 40 year old mom isn't the target market for that experience. Our routine is now ride the ride on animal vehicles, mirror maze, and a small toy before we leave. The ride on animals are great! $10 but my daughter gets bored before her time is up. Mirror maze is $7. They have you wear plastic gloves so that you won't leave fingerprints if you touch a mirror. There's also lazer tag, but we haven't tried that yet. What makes this store unique is the caring staff and curated toys available. It's large enough to have everything you need and a lot of options, but not be overwhelming. You can find a gift for any kid here, even just the young at heart. Even just window shopping is a delight - with a Lego T Rex and Kenex ferris wheel. Definitely worth shopping here over a big box chain. They have a free rewards program too, that gives you discounts based on your lifetime purchase value. read more

I've been coming into Maziply for the past two(ish) weeks in search of Pokemon Cards and they're always so helpful and kind, but today's service was outstanding! I went this morning when they opened to buy the new Journey Together Elite Trainer Box, and their shipment hadn't come in yet. I came back right after work, and they'd gotten it, but the gentleman at the desk was still inputting it into the system. He recommended I come back either before the store closed, or in the morning. I live close by, so I just went back to see, and he was still working on getting the shipment approved so he could put it in the floor, and he actually called his manager to make the process faster, and I was able to walk away with not only the new ETB today, but also a Prismatic Evolutions booster box, which I have been looking for EVERYWHERE!! The staff were insanely rude to my sister who has autism and yelled at her many times to get off the animal when she didn't understand and the proceeded to yell at her for many others thing while not even in or near the store. While searching Google for another figure, I came across the Dobby figure from Harry Potter. We as a family are big action figure collectors of any kind. My husband said I have to order one and I wanted one to use with our Elf during Christmas. I've never seen the brick and mortar store-front. But, I've always had a great experience with this company for mail-order. I make a point of checking availability on their website FIRST, before checking any other vendor. If it is in stock here, it's normally not necessary to do any price comparison, since the products I buy have a pretty standard markdown. 6 out of 10 stars on inventory. The problem is really upstream with a manufacturer that can be a little unpredictable. When it's not available here, that's the only reason to shop around. 10 out of 10 on shipping: Ships fast. Packaged and protected well. I haven't had to deal with returns or "high touch" customer service issues, so can't really speak to that sort of engagement. So far, I'm a loyal customer. Haven't given the toy truck to my grandson yet as it is a Christmas gift but all I can say is the owner was super responsive and extremely helpful when I had any questions related to my purchase. You can tell by his eagerness to assist and now with his desire for feedback about my experience that he takes pride in ownership and in the service he provides to his customers. Website offers free shipping when ordering over $70 and free 30 day hassle free returns. I make on order, it arrived and I was satisfied. I then place another order to get to the $70 free shipping and I get a email stating the following in order for shipment to be sent. I have reviewed Maziply Toys' return policy and terms pages at Maziply.com and understand that any orders that I have placed, or will place in the future, do not qualify for returns and/or refunds. I also understand that this applies both individually and organizationally, regardless of how I pay. Unacceptable terms to be aware of after ordering from this company. Only thing of interest at time of purchase was 1 item from their site. In order to receive the free shipping I ordered 3 of same item to accommodate the free shipping. Their policy is flawed to discriminate against someone making this type of purchase and apparently flagging as they interpret it. I'll go back to saving myself some money & buying from Amazon or Walmart as they offer free shipping with a cart totaling only $25 and $35 instead of Maziply's steep $70 offer. Time to stop trying to give these smaller online stores a chance and avoid these problems. read more

I was searching for weeks for a birthday party location for my 6 year old son. All the other venues were so expensive and limited the number of kids and I was growing really depressed at realizing I may not be able to find a place. I found that Maziply toys does birthday parties from their facebook page. I immediately called and spoke with the Owner, Scott. He was so friendly and so helpful and so accommodating. He heard in my voice how I much I needed this for my son and he jumped into action. On the day of the party he had everything set, he entertained the kids, had balloon animals, ordered the pizza and drinks, let the kids run around and have an amazing time. I can not express how much Scott and Maziply Toys made my sons birthday. It was the first birthday party that the kids in the class go to go in the whole school year and it was the best. I just love this store!!! It's truly a paradise for my toddler! I love how pleasant staff is, how kids are allowed to touch everything (of course as a parent I put everything back on the shelves). The freedom those little kids get is amazing! We can meet other little ones there so no need to look for any playgroups. The whole store atmosphere is very friendly! The giant green dinosaur statue makes my son so happy:) He stairs at it for quite a long time every time we go there! Usually I try to bring my kids to a playground when it's nice outside but if it's any other nasty weather I go to Maziply Store! My older kids love Mirror Maze and Animal Rides! I just loved my adventure with my grandsons! First we had a blast at the mirror maze. Then it was on to the beam game. I even joined in. Yet best of all was the zoo rides. My grandsons seven and three rode around the mall like pros. I even went on with my oldest grandson. We had a blast! It. Didn't end then. Not only did they have the figure I was thinking of getting in stock but through the discounts offered I'd be able to get it for less than any other toy store around. I ordered a German made Bruder toy crane truck via internet and they keep me informed every step of the way until it arrived at the door yesterday! Great people to do business with ! I highly recommend them, especially if you are interested in the Bruder line of German made toys ! BTW, these are very well made and highly detailed, especially the "Pro line " !! I have several of them as well as the Deopke, which went out of business around 1964, and the Smith-Miller line of cast aluminum trucks which are still available out of California.
