This location is easily accessible and has more than enough parking. I was worried that it would be a little packed with the holidays approaching but there weren't many customers inside. The store hours and signs were located on the front doors and easy to see. Inside the store was kept very clean and appeared to be well stocked with all your packing needs. There were numerous employees working all the different areas and the floor. I was greeted the moment I walked in. My only business today was to mail packages. Mark was super helpful and friendly. I had already packed and taped up my items and affixed the label. Mark let me know that they are currently running a promotion if packing and boxing items for the customer at no extra charge and that they were taking liability for the items. I wish I would have known that before I packed all my items myself! This will be helpful once I start mailing gifts! This is a 24 hour location as previously mentioned, though it's been through some times where it wasn't; perhaps this is where the Yelp listed hours come from. The location is easy to get to off of US 75, has plentiful parking and there's a Starbucks nearby. Inside, there are many self service machines for copying, faxing, laminating, just about anything you'd need to do. You can bring your laptop, or use one of their desktops. They also have good staff who can help you with big jobs or need something special A decent selection of packaging materials, technical books ("Windows 7 for Dummies" was in evidence today) as well as greeting cards etc. The space is well lit and clean; you'd have no issues hanging out here in the middle of the night waiting for that big copy job to finish, and you can even get a sweet snack or soft drink to help you make it. read more

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to print several color documents. We had a $10 off $50 coupon printed from the website. Since we had a large amount to print, we finished a session after we reached $50 so we could use the coupon again, which the assistant manager said we could do. My wife goes to the counter to apply the coupon and another worker, Arlen, was working the register. He rang up the coupon and said he couldn't give it back. I said, "but isn't it a generic code that can be printed over and over by anyone?" He said yes. So I asked "if we printed the same thing with the same code twice, it'd be fine?" To which he said yes again. So then I asked if I could borrow the coupon to make a copy of it and he laughed and said "nope." Then I thought, ok maybe they have to turn in a physical coupon for every time that code is used. But then my wife walked away and HE CRUMBLED UP THE PAPER AND THREW IT AWAY!! Arlen was a complete jerk to us for no reason at all! There was no reason he couldn't just give us back the coupon seeing as the assistant manager said we could use it again. read more

I think FedEx corporate must have a policy it tells all their stores in making customers wait. Better yet, maybe that is the shipping industry in general. This FedEx office happens to be the local one I use monthly. I do like that you do not have to fill out a shipping slip when you go to this one, I just put everything in my envelope and get it overnighted and they ask me all the information. They told me this should be happening at all locations, but when I end up having to go to another FedEx Office location there is a 50/50 chance that the person up front tells me to fill out a slip. I always ask why and they look at me like I'm from a different planet. I then explain to them that this FedEx does not require it and always get a weird answer... "We're not on that system yet." The employees here for the most part are friendly and attentive. I probably wouldn't remain that nice after a long shift of having people wait in line for over 10 minutes to mail a package, so props to them. read more

I was thinking for long time to review this location and never really got a chance until now.. so i'm happy iv'e getting this chance to do it now and here we go.. The print and go stations are LITERALLY running on dial-up internet. Everything was fine other than these dumb stations because I waited for 5 minutes only for the loading page to say network connection error when I tried to print from Google Drive. I have to admit, it's convenient, nice that they are open 24 hrs a day, and the pricing...while a bit "high" in my opinion....is to be expected considering the service provided.I've dropped in at 2 am because of problems with my printer or home computer before, just to make sure that an important doc was printed or sent out to others. It's also nice to know if I forget to ship something, I can get up at 4 am, bring it to FedEx and then go back home to sleep.The staff is always willing to help, no matter the issue. They don't mind helping pack or providing advice.Pricing here is the only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating. read more

Positives: nice big, bright, clean store. Open 24 hrs. Tom is awesome. Negatives: WAY overpriced. Fedex offices always seem understaffed. No matter what time you go, you always end up just standing there for 15-20 mins AT LEAST. I've had a lot of experience over the years with kinkos/fedexOffice and the employees/customer service is almost always terrible. That said, an employee named Tom at this location was awesome. He was very good at his job and seemed to take pride in doing it well. He was very friendly and helpful in helping us and the other 2 customers who were there with us at midnight. Usually the late night staff is the worst and Tom was most certainly the exception to the rule and the only reason for the good rating I'm giving. We still had to wait a long time for service but Tom was the only one there after the other employee saw us waiting and then clocked out. read more

I was very disappointed in ALL three of the workers there this evening. I was on the computer for basic services at $.25/min, asked the lady how to delete a job for print, as I am being charged for using the computer...she states she will be with me in a minute. I immediately removed my card and left that facility and will never be back. The customer she was working with says she could go and help me since I was being charged. My son stated after we left, the worker said oh she can wait. Had I known that I would have gotten their names and called the corporate office. read more
