I was able to quickly set up an appointment with Marshall and added a bathroom tile refresh to the job since he would be here. He came as scheduled and walked through the jobs with me before starting. I asked him last minute if he could also do our area rug while he was here and he was able to accommodate that too, which I appreciated (I would have also been TOTALLY fine with him not being able to get to it since it wasn't initially part of the discussion but I'm grateful he was able to make it happen!). And he was FAST! When I saw him gathering up his hosing and everything I assumed he was switching gear but nope--he was done! I was impressed. And the price was very reasonable given the fact he did three seperate jobs for us. In the end everything turned out great! The couch smells so clean and fresh and the area rug's colors are bright and vivid again! I sent my mom a picture of the newly cleaned and sealed bathroom floor and she said "Look at that sparkle!" And it's true! Friends, a clean couch is such a present to yourself. Do yourself a favor and give your room a refresh and give Healthy Carpets a call. My house is 5 minutes from their location. I was told that if there was still an odor, they would come out and retreat. The pet odor was not adequately removed. The new tenant was complaining of a lingering odor. When I called back for retreatment, they would not come out unless I paid another $100. If you call them for odor removal prepare to be underwhelmed. Sprinkle baking soda, you'll get better results. The 1 star is for not standing behind your word or your work.

They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.
