Our project manager and co owner, Paul, was horrible. Too much to type regarding him and our issues. He never returned calls, texts or emails regarding this or other issues. We had a little back and forth initially from Josh, the owner, but then radio silence. No one has come back to our home to see the issue and no talks of fixing it have taken place.

Adam was not only responsive and responsible, he was so friendly and generous with his time and expertise. That is as rare as they come in in the zone of contracting. Most of all, the work his team did is superb. They took my dark parquet floors with 40 years of built up wax and polish to a fresh and sexy natural blonde vision to behold. They miraculously got out every deep scratch and scar in the old finish in areas where the floor looked hopeless. I kid you not, all the other contractors in the building marveled at his work because they knew what this floor looked like before it was sanded. The sandless work was immaculate. The item in question was a hand carved and glazed mirror in a hand carved wooden frame. It had been removed from the work areas and secured safely in a room not to be carpeted along with other breakables and with a closed door. The installers took it upon themselves to go into this closed room and move things around, apparently knocked the mirror over and/or knocked it against something sharp resulting in numerous chips. They had no business going into a closed door room, for any reason, without asking in the first place. And they never said anything about the damages. The way I found out was after they left, later that day, I went into that closed room and couldn't find the mirror. Finally I discovered it strewn on the bed and saw the damage that had been done. The next morning we went to the store and we were told "I'm sorry, Labor Management will be contacted and you'll hear from us later todsy". So far it has been 6 days and no contact. I do not really know what can be done. As nothing on earth, nor any amount of money can replace this treasured family heirloom, which had survived over 100 years unscathed, needlessly ruined. By the way, the carpet looks wonderful, but will unfortunately always be a reminder of our ruined hand crafted irreplaceable family heirloom.

This flooring company tore my floor up. I did try to go cheap so I went with them. I did not know that when we negotiated price, I negotiated away the sealant ti protect floors and allowance to butcher my floors. I was told back/forth 2/3 coats on floor. With/without sealant? Angel said 2 coats sealant. Soon dirt is well in the grains of wood. I know because I can see where a rectifying area was made with the sealant compared to everything that sticks with floor. I have question is it the @Bona #Bona product. My first rodeo. Fixing will cost me an entire 675 sq new floor. It aches my heart. I don't have that kind of money and I wanted a nice outcome. If I had been informed more, I would have work harder to have paid more instead to spend so much more now fix in a few years after I save to do it. Why are workers not honest?!!!! Please inform the consumer the cost of cutting price. I have regrets that will cost me now to redo and seal my floors, and more, if I want to resume my useable sq ftg because you ate it away to close the gaps you butchered. Please do not do this to another customer again. Just be honest even if you don't get the job. I am so hurt.
