We contracted with BRP to install a new roof on our 1840 home. The existing one had 2 layers of…read moreasphalt shingles plus one of wood shingles dating back many years. As a result of the heavy roof weight BRP needed to jack it at the edges and reinforce before new plywood sheeting could be installed. The owner and his team needed to do a lot of work inside the attic but cleaned each day and were most respectful of my wife and me. We had one area of the basement where there was a nagging leak during heavy rain. BRP sealed that area with spray foam and the problem has disappeared. Once the structural repairs were made the actual roofing went quickly. The job was complete with a thorough clean up in less than two weeks.
