Jonathan was my repair person for my door ding and lucky for me he came even earlier than expected because he happened to be in the area near me since I work from home this is always welcome. Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After the first repair, the check engine light came back on within an hour. I returned four times in a week, and each time I was assured the issue was resolved, but the light reappeared each time. It became clear that they were turning off the check engine light without addressing the actual problem, and I ended up spending roughly $300 without the issue being fixed, plus extra money on gas for each trip from Murrieta to Valley Center. Additionally, each message I sent asking for updates was left on read--most likely by the mechanic's assistant, who is also his girlfriend--which was frustrating and felt unprofessional. I finally took my car to a new mechanic, who fully fixed the issue within a single day. I expected more thorough service and communication from Izzy Autobody, especially after years of trust. Based on this experience, I would encourage others to look for reliable service elsewhere.
