It is designed like a high street feeling rather than a mall. The selection of brands is great. It is a huge mall with a variety of options available. You can definitely everything you need in a mall. The food court is great. There is halal option available at food court like osmows. The Primark was not the biggest as I have visited Primark in UK before. The choices were limited but i was happy to visit it anyways as it was nostalgic. My wife bought a few shoes and dresses. The service was great and workers were very friendly. The value for money is probably similar to Canada as we have to pay the currency conversion plus the foreign transaction fee as a Canadian. The mall was not busy at all although it could be because it was Monday. Overall experience was great and would love to visit again.

Fast forward to today and it is still a cool place AND most importantly, it still is open with a bunch of new stores. I think what makes this mall special is the collection of things it has in and around it. The restaurants here are all really good if you need any ideas for dinner. The stores are all good size and there's a movie theater. That's my main reason I have been there a lot recently. It is a huge mall and they're open early for folks just to walk around before stores opening. There really is something for everyone at this mall and I am glad it's still open and continuing to keep improving with new stores opening up.

But I "discovered" it some years ago when pointed to the Premier Store out here for a specific purchase. The Premier Store is in a shopping area called Quaker Crossing. Its a large area and has a number of different "parts" to it. The stores listed below can all be found in one of those parts. Once you turn into Amelia Drive you can go left, right or straight. Right takes you to a part of the Crossings that has Marshalls and AAA, among other things. And easy parking all around. Turn left and you will come across Home Goods and the theaters (a little farther along). Go straight and Premier soon appears, next to Target. There are all sorts of smaller stores and places to eat as well. You will likely find it here if its a chain. Everything in this area is a chain, keep that in mind. If you want more personalized service and smaller places, go into town and browse through one of the "non-chains" there. But if you need to run a bunch of errands and are in the area, this may be a place to get a lot done in a small amount of time. It gets busy here but there is plenty of easy parking. Going to the gym is super expensive, the gym is littered with other people you have to walk around, some of whom are watching political news and pretending to work our. More than that, the gym smells like sweaty people. Blech! The boulevard mall is amazing! I can run, skip, or jump through the whole place, and no one is gonna bother me. It's quiet and peaceful, UB polluted with too many stores or a loud food court that people would want to go to. Auntie Annie's smells like a cinnamon/olive oil infuser, which could be worse...! If you're looking for an indoor place to get your steps in without being disrupted by people or stores or silliness like that, this mall gets 10 stars!

I went on a weekday around lunch time and it was basically dead in the mall and definitely in the food court. I did see lots of empty storefronts as well, which seems to be a sign of the time for malls these days. The mall was very clean, very modern/up-to-date with the décor and a offered a comfortable, safe shopping experience. This place looks small from outside but the inside was huge. Almost every big brand was inside and there is a huge selection available. This place looked super empty as it is away from main town. There is a small food court with a few option. There is one halal krispy chicken option as well which we had for our lunch. There were not much visitors here. The prices were similar to Canada. I bought some clothes from old Navy from sales and the service was really good as the place was not that busy. I'm actually a big fan of Lackawanna even though it's old and poor and run-down - I actually think that gives it character and it's one of the few real places left in the region and in the country perhaps. They have a couple of businesses here like a lawyer office and some cool ethnic restaurants around the block and just watch out for the cops when you're coming in and out of here and around here because they'll get you for just a couple of miles over because honestly I think they're a little bit fascist and very trigger-happy.

This place is great for things that are not in the outlet mall, but are still low cost things, no high end stores in this plaza. Tons of parking all around.
