Poor customer service. Been ignored upon coming in, waited for a while before asked myself to be assisted. I scheduled an appointment and the person showed up on a white Porsche , took a look and left without any notice. Yet again, I called to follow up and I've been told "I'm not interested doing your driveway". Like WHY?????? Never been explained. My driveway is a regular driveway, no tricks or anything, but maybe that's the problem, that it's a regular driveway and not multi million house project. Anyway -- would NOT RECOMMEND!!!! read more

My husband and I hired MC Pavers to remodel our pool The pool deck and the front driveway after taking estimates from a few companies they were the most reasonable and we loved that the company is family oriented and always answered our calls and gave us answers to all our questions and concerns. We dealt directly with Carolina she was our project manager, she was on top of the workers and made sure everything is done right and on time, she came up with great designs and ideas to help us transform our old boring pool into a five star resort pool and also came up with a great design for our front driveway and extended it so we can fit up to 10 cars (very helpful since the house is located on a main road). Everything was done in timely manner as she promised. Of course like any other remodeling project we had additional charges for unseen issues that came up during the project but it was something that couldn't be predicted before the job started so we fully understood it as we dealt with a complete remodeling of the house and we had this issue with almost every project we did. Carolina was extremely professional and knowledgeable and has a very creative mind the Pool came out exactly like the rendering that she supplied us with. Carolina also took time To take us to suppliers to choose all the items needed for the project and helped with the colors selection. Don't under estimate her professional abilities just because she is so young ! She brings a greate Value to the company with her amazing knowledge and creativity. Very responsive at first. Received a site visit with great feedback from Carolyn. She asked for a site map and I obliged. The sound of silence was all I heard from Carolyn and MC Pavers after her site visit. I emailed them again the same information three times without any reply. Never received an estimate or acknowledgement. It is true, all paving companies are very busy. But a good business responds to every customer no matter how large or small the job. read more

We had our driveway replaced with pavers and used M&C and I cant tell you how happy we are with the work and service. Everything ran smoothly from permitting to finished product. The work was done super fast with no damage to our property and extreme care with the excavating and paver installation. Richard came everyday to oversee the process and Charly was great with scheduling. The proposal estimate and renderings were on point with the final result. I had numerous attempts at trying to make MC Pavers successful with my property. The first attempt the sales man didnt show up. When I called the office they said he forgot. I gave him one more chance the next week. He showed up, quoted me on a few jobs I had. I gave him the business- his men are good and the work was don well. I paid and tipped. When I asked about the other jobs I had I was told "no problem" "call us". I called, left messages. Even had a 3 min call with the salesman which was cut off and I was never called back. I have since hired a replacement for them. I would say look elsewhere if you care about timeliness, follow-through and professionalism. read more

I had pavers installed about 2 1/2 years ago. They are lifting and sinking in areas. They also broke a sprinkler head underneath and never fixed it. I had a sprinkler company come out and do the repair. I still have a text on my phone 2 years ago to Charlie about the on going issues with pavers lifting. It's a trip hazard! Left messages at office also. Never heard from anyone. Doesn't anyone take pride in their work anymore? Very sad. read more

I had the pleasure of getting my driveway done by MC PAVERS. After getting several referrals and meeting with Charlie from MC PAVERS i decided they were the company i would use. The job took roughly two weeks from start to finish, the work was scheduled and timed efficiently. After the initial installation there were a few pavers that needed to be replaced and Charlie spotted and replaced additional pavers i hadn't noticed were in need of replacement. Any issues I've had since the initial installation were dealt with quickly and in a timely manner. MC Pavers installed my patio over 12 years ago and it has held up very well. I just had them come back and power wash it, refill the sand between the tiles and seal it. I also needed them to re-level the patio where it abuts my sea wall because over the years the soil near the sea wall gets washed away. I also had them power wash and re-seal my stamped concrete driveway. They gave me a fair estimate and did the job when they said they would. The outcome was terrific. Horrible Company. Did a sloppy job, and refuse to fix the sinking pavers. Phone calls are ignored. They pretend to have a bad connection then hang up. No sense leaving a message, calls are not returned. read more

I am so glad I hired MC Pavers. Their reviews were excellent, George came out and was thorough, polite and insightful explaining exactly what was needed for the repair. They were willing to work with me as I travel often and had limited time. The fact they were able to schedule my job within the week I was in town after dropping off the deposit was greatly appreciated. They have a pleasant store front and very nice staff. One of their techs had a family health emergency so it took an extra day to get started and thankfully I was able to change my travel dates. I hope all is ok. Ricardo did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again without hesitation. I just wished I had had extra time to stay in town to enjoy the beautiful driveway. I look forward to when I return. Although I think they did a pretty decent job on my driveway with pavers I regret I used them for my pool areas too. Lesson always learn with contractors stick to what u know best. My pavers are sinking and cracking by pool area and it's only been a year or so. Don't think they knew what they were doing with a bigger star. Wouldn't recommend to anyone read more

They are not reliable to even show up on time for an estimate. We waited for over an hour past their appointment only to get a call saying "oh I'm an hour away, is that ok with you"? ,totally not ok, it would only be nice if we could charge them for our time.
