Pool Resurface ruined by 2-month leak. Leak started 3/3/26, They "monitored water level" for weeks instead of fixing it. Wouldn't bring in a leak detection due to cost concerns. Only hired a third-company after I filed a dispute. Leak finally fixed on 4/20/26. By then the plaster had cured wrong because of the leak. Had to pay another company for an acid wash. The acid wash revealed all the imperfections in Precision's work. I'm out $28k and the pool finish is defective. Would not recommend for any pool work. read more

Precision Pavers should not be trusted! 3 hours after purchase, they refused to return brick that is 1/2" difference in length than advertised. Due to size differential, we are not able to use with existing brick. They would not accept return even at 50 cents on the dollar. Management lacks integrity. read more

Extremely unprofessional experience. Our pool project started on August 11, 2025 and is still not completed as of January 29, 2026. Despite numerous emails, calls, and texts, communication has stopped. They no longer answer calls from our personal phones, and when reached from another number, we're told no one is available and no callbacks are made. We've been called "OCD" and "Picky", yet when we asked Tony if he'd accept this at his house he told us no. We do not recommend Precision Pool and Pavers. read more

Very poor workmanship and customer service. We had 3 separate walk throughs to address our concerns. One with Adrian, and he was no help and had no one come out to fix the issues and two separate walk throughs with Tony which he helped with some repairs but every time a tech came out they fixed one thing and screwed up multiple other things . The last tech that came out back in November 2025 chipped multiple pieces of marble and ran his saw down multiple joints of the marble leaving ugly gaps. On top of that our plaster has chips in it and they put a smaller pool pump in then what I was quoted. We have called and text multiple times saying they will get back to, but unfortunately they do not want to finish this project. read more

They placed the wrong pavers, when confronted about it Tony acknowledged that I was not made aware that pavers i chose were not available. Took it upon himself and thinking i wouldn't notice, just chose different pavers. Then wrong waterline tile was delivered. They fu*k up the circulation of my pool and now having issues keeping it clean. When i spoke to Adrian about the circulation they denied ever changing it, even after pictures were shown on the relocation of a inlet. Im very unsatisfied with the QUALITY and Workmanship of the job. Brand of pump installed no pump repair company has heard of. Pool heater has to be on for days before temperature is warm enough to go in. Probably installed cheapest thing they could find. All they are worried about if getting their money and dont value a costumers hard earned money!! I was left with such a sore taste in my mouth and feel like i was taken advantage of as a single hard working mother/woman. After they received payments it became harder and harder for them to respond to issues, services and repairs would take weeks. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone! read more

Avoid hiring Tony. Despite his con artist charming demeanor, his work is far from professional. He charges a premium, promising guaranteed work, only to vanish when issues arise. Though he claims a 3-year warranty, it's baseless. My pool, previously functional, became unusable under his renovation. His team lacks knowledge and professionalism. From disastrous pool plumbing to improperly installed pool blowers that damaged the finish when he tried to fix it cheaply, to a BBQ setup that created a gas hazard (tapping the vents...), a 48hrs water leak his plumber could not fix, unwillingness to provide invoice for a $50K+ work, the list goes on. Tony's promises about warranties and redoing subpar work are empty. Multiple follow-ups yielded no resolution as we made the mistake to pay him vs promised for the remaining repairs to be done later on. Beware of empty guarantees and substandard work. read more

I had a lot of work needed for my Pool and Yard. Had a Hot tup filled in for more space platform steps added on one side of yard and Turf installed. New Underground Drainage. Pavers, Pool re-plastered and Dimond Brite. After putting Ledgstone on outside wall of pool we decided to do back of house and then front of house. Adrian and Tony really came up with a great design and completed the entire Job in the time frame they quoted. There crew (a minumum of 7 guys) every day are professional detail oriented who arrive at 7:30 and work to dark. Had other estimates and price wise the amount of work they did was basically the same price others were quoting for less work. I will definitely use them again in the future to do my driveway. I 100% recommend them. You won't be disappointed. read more

In January our Pool (from probably the 70s or 80s) has 3 big cracks and started leaking badly, so they fixed the leak and resurfaced it for us at a great price. We had out pool done with Precision Pavers in Dec/2020. We seemed to have a good experience with that project. Shortly after our pool install everything seemed to change. We gave precision pavers a contract to do our driveway paver project in January/2021 with a $5200 deposit. It didn't seem like an issue since we had just done the pool project with little issues, and we trusted them. Unfortunately, it is now August 16, 2021 and we have had no more communication with or sales reps Tony or Nathan (not sure if they even work there anymore). Granted the contact was started in January during COVID, but they supposedly placed an order for the materials the next day and it would take 8-9 weeks to get, so I expected some delay. After hearing nothing from them in 4 months, I re-engaged them again in May calling the company number only to be told they had been unable to pull permits for the project yet. They claimed they would start the permit process again at that time, but to this day they have still not been able to pull permits from the city of plantation. The city claims the permit is on hold due to non responsiveness on required information requests to Precision Pavers permit contractor I have tried calling Precision Pavers office multiple times and get allot of "well we were told by our permit people its moving forward", "I can't believe this", etc ... I have called the city directly several times and nothing is moving forward. Although they have my money and advised me the materials have been received, I have not seen one paver yet. I will further update this post if anything changes. I have requested they deliver me the materials and will pull the contract if nothing changes. BUYER BEWARE ! read more

Where do I begin... We have lived in this home for about 3 years. We originally gutted the entire inside and made everything new. We realized throughout the initial projects that we could not focus financially on the backyard. So time went by... we always dreamed of upgrading our pool and deck. My late father was a retired carpenter and always enjoyed coming to our home and would constantly say, "this yard is going to be so beautiful one day!". Unfortunately he passed away last year and was never able to see what he envisioned for all of us. After several quotes and companies that came to us, we immediately connected with Tony and Adrian.
