The quoted estimate was $1500 for the pads, brake calipers, drums, brake rotors, hardware kits, fluid, and labor. I had seen my car on a lift before taking it to Advantage Auto, and after inspecting the wheels, I knew the brake job was going to be involved (which is part of the reason I didn't want to do it myself). Jason loaned me a car for the day, which I greatly appreciated. AA worked from 9:00 till around 5:30 (they had delays in receiving parts from across town), and got me out of there the same day. My final price of $1300 was lower than the estimated $1500, as they didn't charge me for all the replacement parts. The brakes have been working as needed over the last month. Was it a lot of money? Yes. Did I get what I paid for? Yes. Would I go back? Yes.

They always treat us like we're their best customer. Most importantly to me is the integrity of their staff. Today, I went in convinced I was going to need a brake job, maybe shocks and an oil change. I got the estimate on my phone (that's really convenient) but it didn't show a brake job or shocks. I figured there would be a separate invoice for those coming. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told that my brakes and shocks were fine. What? No gouging or running up the bill? Nope. That's integrity and it can be elusive in any business these days. Hell, my wife takes her own car to Robertson in Glenpool because she trusts them! That says a lot when a woman isn't afraid she'll be lied to about repairs because she might not know better. To be honest, there was a charge that I hadn't asked for on the ticket. A fresh air filter! I knew it was way, way past due for replacement but I spaced it. Robertsons caught it and "I ain't even mad, Bro!" The takeaway from this review is simple. You can trust the staff at Robertsons in Glenpool. You might not like what they have to tell you but they're not going to lie to you. Their prices are reasonable. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money.
