No notice or phone call and seemed upset that we weren't leaving vehicle to rack up daily storage charges and wanted it towed to our residence. His attitude then got worse and he exclaimed "get you another wrecker" ! * I will be filing a complaint with the state over tow rates and attitude problems and a separate complaint of property missing from my truck to local authorities.*
