I can tell you this, they are honest and always do their very best. They have done follow-up work beyond initial scope and charged next to nothing or very little to fix/correct the issues. At times, they didn't charge at all (obviously depending on each individual situation), and they have been below other estimates on several occasions. Perhaps I see a pattern given that we have used them on many, many occasions, but I cannot say anything, except I highly recommend Tate Boys...Tucker (Manager) and Mike go above and beyond to see that customers are happy. It's their honesty that will keep us coming. As far the negative reviews, you can never, ever please everyone and I would take them with a grain of salt. When I do leave a review, I try to leave details and be as specific as possible. So, thank you Tate Boys, you have my endorsement as well as my continued business.

The AAA driver recommended Tate Boys Tires and I need 2 new tires for $170 but it took over an hour to put on and they had no cars in the bay. They appear very nice but another man can in after me w/ a lady who had a blow out on the freeway and her tire service was quick and she was out. Yet here I still sit. So we had it towed back home so we could find someone else. After it arrived home we discovered they had everything under the dashboard unplugged and pulled a part. Under the hood was the same thing and they took the instructions that the previous owner left each time he worked on it. So now our cars value went from 10,000 to a few hundred dollars. To fix what Nabozny's done will cost us several thousand. Please do yourself a favor and find another auto repair!!

My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

Also, there were some minor issues with the car and immediately they told me to bring it up and they will get it fixed. So I did that but that left me with no car, so they gave me a different car off the lot to drive until they get the other one fixed. Excellent customer service. Go talk to Mark he'll get you taken care of! I would definately buy another car from these guys.
