My dodge Durango RT, you have three mufflers; two on rear, one huge suitcase resignator middle; if you choose to be quite obnoxious, change all three mufflers with both part numbers provided, but middle muffler replacement is definitely adequate, then just deleting rear mufflers adding tips; rear tips should be at least 4", and 5" fill rear spot even better.

Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. Very clean and shiny. Now the bad. Last year I had scheduled out the repairs on my car. When I dropped it off they were supposed to have the replacement parts and I would have the car back fairly quickly. This did happen they had the car for weeks and it took me a while to get a response from someone on why it was taking longer. I finally got a call from someone who said that the replacement door had been damaged in shipping and they were having a hard time finding another. He was very apologetic and said that I would only be charged cost for the work and I'd get the car back asap. They got the car done and I picked it up. It looked great. I was charged full price, but I did not push back on that. First issue I noticed was they had removed my antenna and left it resting on my wipers. Thankfully I saw it before it was lost or damaged my vehicle. Next issue I saw was, the car had window visors. Since they were replacing a door I said don't worry about replacing that just remove all of them for me. They did but they left all the foamy glue that held it on, on the other door. The next issue was that they failed to secure a wire harness inside the door they fixed so now when you open or close it you can very much hear it banging around in the door. And the final issue is the car has proximity thing where when you have the keys on you you can unlock the car by pushing a button on the handle to unlock and lock it. It worked when we took the car and and it doesn't work now on the door they fixed. Works on the passenger door still. Overall all great repair work, just some lack of attention to detail in some areas and lack of follow through on a customer service side for the charges.
